Even 1 is too high.Since new app upgrade have lost all access to banking app Customer service team just pass you around then promise call back (to get you off the phone ) then don't call back .Still... Voir plus

No problem with normal banking activity and find representatives helpful. However am increasingly disappointed in the reduction of benefits being offered to credit card holders who are paying a monthly amount . My annual travel insurance removed, free vouchers unable to be used etc. Wonder if it's really worthwhile now?

I only have got one Credit card with M&S, it is so easy to check your spending and your savings with them. When I wanted to increase my spending limit on my card. It was so quick and easy to do. They give you notice in advance when your statement is due and the amount, which is an assett.

Repeated reminders to pay when I promptly pay in full each month 10/12 days before deadline; offers of increased credit limit emails & texts BUT when asked have to jump multiple hurdles even when I've been with them for many years!! They are quick on marketing & promos about how good they are BUT very poor is responsiveness to customers especially complaints!!

I'm very unsatisfied, more so as I've raised a complaint & got a bland vanilla response from Customer Service! Chat feature requires the M&S account to be open throughout and your system drops off (timed out) thereby closing chat!! So I have to sign on & open chat and start again!!Your management should make sure agents put themselves in customer's shoes to experience the relationship is more than marketing, promos and making a profit as without us you would NOT exist!! I'm seriously considering VISA, AMEX and other cards!

Have had my M&S card for years , I wouldn't leave home without it, always handy for those unexpected bills I.e car issues, boiler issues.
All in all very happy with my Card Issuers.

I have had my m&s card for a number of years. I have no problem with in person retail sales however I am so frustrated with the security checks when buying on line. I have resorted to using another card to complete large purchases. When there is a problem the app refers me to the web but the problem is not of the 'frequently asked' questions. The phone lines often have bad reception, combined with very strong accents on some occasions I have not been able to resolve my issue. I have no other issues with the card however I am considering finding a new card as this problem has never been permanently resolved.

The only commment I have is that I can no longer pay my bill with a cheque. Up until now I paid partly from my personal everyday account, and part from another account. Now I have to do some number crunching, decide how much from each account, then transfer the appropriate amount from my 'other account' to my personal account, then visit the bank to pay the whole amount from my personal account - hope you are keeping up with this ! It is a long, laborious way to pay the bill - I just used to pay with 2, 3 or more cheques, and pay the bill at my local bank where they know me.
I DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS ONLINE, SO PLEASE DON'T TRY TO CONVINCE ME ! I don't agree with banking online, never have, never will. Apart from this I like the card.

I would have always given a high score before the new pay statements. I don't like having to use a card reader. I'm not sure if I will remain a m&s card card user.

I feel the most confident that I can using this credit card. Easy answer straight forward navigation, clear instructions and no complications.

I have had my M&S credit card for over 10 years, and I have always paid off the outstanding debt in full on the date requested, never once have I been late. On a number of occasions I have requested an increase in my credit limit and on each occasion I have been refused and when asked why I have been refused no one can give me an answer. It is almost a case of ‘computer says no’ and so that is the end of the matter. Come on M&S you have your name on this card and you should be able to give me an answer as to why you are refusing an increase on this limit.

I note from M&S replies that the new security upgrade on the App means some older phones no longer accept this - but as you also need that app to open the online bank account why can't you provide a way to open that up without having the app?

Find M&S credit card very useful as there is very little stock in shops to try on I was trying to buy ladies top Jaeger had to travel 1O miles to try on other than that order 2 sizes and return one which is a inconvenience

Like many people, an update of their app has left me with no access to my account - all my other banking apps are fine.
I've since deleted it, and have no need to use a company who don't feel the need to keep me informed about a major app upgrade like this.
Customer satisfaction - I don't think so!

I’ve had my M&S card for many years and haven’t had too many issues with using the M&S Bank app other than when trying to adding it onto new IPads. I’ve found it difficult to send the required copy of my passport so have simply had to keep my previous IPad live for when I need to access my statements. The recent change to being unable to pay using my Debit Card via the app caused me a slight problem at first but I’ve now managed to make payments via my own banking app. These issues haven’t put me off using the app though 😊

I have been a customer for many years and have not had any problems with using my M&S card at home or abroad. Online Banking feels safe to use, is clear and easy to navigate.
I hope that the current transition with HSBC Bank ensures the same standard of service continues.

Since M&S changed their banking app both myself and my Mother can no longer access it. Trying to get this sorted with customer services has been a joke. How hard is it to understand we cannot access the app or online banking anymore. I am seriously considering getting rid of my card if you can't sort this out

The mobile phone app which I use for my M & S credit card is excellent and keeps me up to date with my usage etc. GREAT
