I have had an M&S credit card for many years now. Their security is excellent. Help is readily available if you have a problem and they help you to solve AND it easy to speak to a person. Their app is easy to use and has many useful features. I cannot comment on their interest rate as compared to other credit cards as I routinely pay off the card in full monthly.

Personally I have never had a problem with M&S click and collect. Notifications on orders keep you updated. 5 stars all the way for me

2 stars for the app alone. We're still having to change payment settings in a PDF form, which in 2026 is really passe. Fix this, and the rest would be 5 stars.

just experienced my worst ever month's service with M&S Credit card. I have the card because I can earn points/rewards. A miserable, inflexible, computer says no reaction from staff and operation gave me frustration and embarrassment. All this and I am always fully paid up - perhaps that's the problem. Better for M&S to have members in debt.

I’m very happy with my M&S credit card. I find the online banking application very easy to navigate. My payments always seem to be promptly made.

I haven’t had any problems using M&S Bank app. Each month my outstanding balance is settled by Direct Debit. So easy!

I have had my M&S credit card for more years than I can remember. I have complete trust in M&S to keep my money and purchases safe. Also, just as importantly, to respond quickly and professionally to any enquiries.

The rewards associated with the card are very helpful which is why I keep mine open. However, I have several elderly relatives, all of whom have been excluded from using this card because they aren't about to upgrade to the most recent Android or iPhone. No other bank has excluded them, just Marks and Spencer's. At one point, you offered an elderly arthritic lady a tiny little keypad to use as a security device. Have you any basic customer service training about accessibility?

Very poor communication from MS staff there’s a language barrier between staff and customers. I would never have a MS credit card again.

Mostly great, but I've been forced to download the app on my phone, and now every online transaction requires me to log into my account. I don't live on my phone and so that's a real pain - main reason why I frequently use a different card
