I wish I could give them ZERO stars……

I wish I could give them ZERO stars… place is horrible! Customer service terrible! Waited 2 months on 1 glove…. Gave them a second chance and already a week for the next even after they upgraded to next day air shipping. This place is a joke!

Horrible service don’t ever buy…

Horrible service don’t ever buy anything from this company. I added security protection to my package and never received 8 baseball bags that I order for my team. And they did not want to return my refund or replace with another shipment. Horrible service horrible horrible customer service they do not try to help you at all. I will be finding a lawsuit against them. I recorded conversation conversations and everything. They are very unprofessional.

don't buy any product from this store…

don't buy any product from this store they are very nice at first but after you buy a product they will deduct your accounts again without permission and expect to refund the amount they deducted. so don't do any more scams here!

they deducted me first, and after a month they deducted me again with the same amount. I emailed the baseballsaving team but until now there is no update. and why did they deduct me what's the reason??

scam store don't buy here anymore!

Order somewhere else…

Was charged for my $300 order (and over charged) on top of that was charged a $236 hold on my card. When I called I was told this is normal and they do it on EVERY order. A total of $536 was drawn from my account. I was told it would fall off in 7-10 days and I would receive a refund for the over charge and also the shipping. None of that has happened. I called my bank and they were shocked at what they did and immediately turned it over to their fraud department. This is fraud and a scam!

Late shipping and only received partial order

I ordered 5 identical baseball helmets on a Saturday. The website indicated if I agreed to receive text messages, I would get 2nd day air shipping free (I agreed). 3 of the 5 helmets arrived that Thursday. I called and spoke with a service rep who said 1 of the 5 helmets was back ordered and would not ship for another 4 weeks. The status of the 5th helmet was unknown. I will not be doing business with baseballsavings.com again.

I was hesitant to order from them…

I was hesitant to order from this company with no other reviews. I searched their web address, looked around and couldn't find a lot of detail on them. I called the company and was greeted with friendly customer service who quickly verified stock of some baseballs I wanted to order. I placed the order, it was shipped within a couple of days and received just as described. I will look to their company in the future for any baseball / softball needs and would not hesitate again to use this company.
