Jessica helped us organise a trip to Japan. I asked multiple questions and had very specific dates/ requests but nothing was too much trouble. Jessica was prompt and knowledgeable. On leaving my email, I received a prompt response from Dylan who asked me a few pertinent questions regarding my proposed trip, to ascertain my requirements. Dylan said that he would put together quote and get back to me. Within a mere day he messaged me with a full in depth quote , plus itinerary for my trip. This was easy to read , comprehensive and contained all the information I needed. Dylan is highly competent and efficient, whilst at the same time being courteous and helpful.
