I was recommended by a friend to use Bayfinch holidays, damien made me a personalised Disneyland Paris package very quickly and efficiently with several options as requested. It was so easy to book which made it even better. The package made for me was far cheaper than most quotes I had received.

This week I made an inquiry about a trip to Japan. My contact at Bayfinch was Dylan and his customer service was outstanding. In a very short time he produced a full itinerary for me including return flights and details of all hotels which allow me to make an informed decision as to whether the tour was the right one for me. Dylan couldn’t have been more helpful and I was grateful for his knowledge, friendly approach and speed of response.

Even though our travel plans changed, Damien was absolutely brilliant at responding to all of my questions.
