Avoid like the plague.
Charged 750 dollars for a bond clean. Was supposed to start at 7.30 didn't turn up until 9. Took photos and then demanded another 330 dollars because the place was dirty. Didn't clean it properly, screens and windows still dirty. Didn't have the write equipment, no ladders to clean fans. Very unprofessional, very slow, young indian lads who poor cleaning skills. Had to do most of it myself. Do not hire.

The worst experience
The worst experience I’ve had with any company, ever. Please avoid this company at all costs. They are greedy and do not care about the customer and the quality of service they supply.
Majority of things were not even attempted to be cleaned.
When requested to return for a re-clean, the following day was agreed upon however they never showed up and I was never contacted by anyone from the BCIC team. I ended up booking another bond cleaning company to complete the clean.
When contacted for a refund they would only offer a partial refund, but provided no explanation as to why the refund could not be provided in full. They never took accountability for not showing up to complete the re-clean. I ended up taking the partial refund due to ending the stress and back and forth emails with this company for the past 2 weeks.
Moving is stressful and expensive enough as it is, there guys will only add stress and have costed me more money.

I would urge anyone who has a bad experience with this scamming company, to report their experience to Australian Consumer Affairs. If not they will continue with their tactics to commit daylight robbery of peoples time and money!

I really really wish I had read the other reviews before hiring BCIC. It has been fraught and anxious and expensive, including that it took days for the cleaner to return the keys to the property people after I was travelling interstate for the move, and the place was meant to be cleaned. My experience matches the others described here exactly - over $1000 in payments for inadequate (terrible) "services". It's an absolute lesson in forgiveness, including forgiving myself for not doing my homework and checking this company.

WARNING This company should be out of business. They took over $1000 dollars to clean my house and did basically no cleaning and were then unavailable to do the reclean. Do not book this company to clean your house under any circumstances. Is was appalling this quality of clean and I had to reclean the house myself after spending so much money getting them to clean.

For over $1000 for a clean. This company does not even clean grouting in the showers only wipes over the tiles.
Also they do not wipe or clean blinds, only dusting the blinds.
It’s a bond clean. Even a basic home cleaning service offers this?
We had the same service in Brisbane with another bond cleaning company for the rental we moved out of. It was cheaper $10 per hour. It’s exactly the same house 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. They also cleaned the blinds and scrubbed grouting for that price.
The carpet cleaning is terrible too. It smelled damp, wet and has no fragrance. A complete waste of time and money!!! We still aren’t sure if they actually did anything.
Also no one gets back to you when don’t get you leave feedback. I gave them the chance and no response, so I would not take the bond back guarantee seriously.
Make sure you understand exactly what is on the quote. So you don’t get a rude shock like we did.
Also on the date of payment my card was charged twice. $2000 taken off my card instead of $1000. It took 3 days to be refunded.
Not happy and would not recommend at all!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Beware BCIC bond cleaning company, charged us $980 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, upon walking through AFTER the clean it was TERRIBLE! They came completely unequipped for a bond clean with a small bucket of cleaning supplies, refused to scrub the showers due to a clause in the fine print, didn’t spot clean the walls, when we removed carpets from the quote it only took $100 off? The cleaning team was supposed to arrive at 8am Monday and didn’t arrive till 1pm after I chased the company multiple times, when they arrived they told us they weren’t equipped with the right cleaning gear and would need to come back the next day after I had already arranged power to be shut off. They came back the next day at 12:30 after agreeing on a 10:30 start - I had to chase them to find out what was going on! Then walking through after and seeing the state of the home we had to book a reclean which didn’t happen till Friday night - appalling service, terrible clean, way over priced. Beware and read the fine print before hiring!!!!!

At all cost, worst experience ever from day of bond clean with the cleaner they had assigned to clean and carpets trying to get extra cash for the inside of window which I thought was odd soi re checked the inclusions to following up for guaranteed re clean to them advising this was not avalible due to clean not being able to come out again and due to them me offering a small refund subject to not leaving a review haha OK not only did they not come back we then had to fix/clean items they had missed

I had paid $720 for a 3 bedroom but 2.5 bathroom house, a fair price for a big place for vacate clean. After the job was done, my landlord went to check the place and basically quoted it "not been professionally cleaned". It seems that only the floors and carpets are done and nothing else. My housemates and I could have done that myself. Their schedule for re-clean does not really help since my landlord has already hand the keys over to their new tenants and need to file a another report for a re-clean from the landlord. On their website, they do not show a link to find a report form to fill. Awful company to deal with, the 7 day bond back guarantee is a complete joke. If I can give them -5 stars, I will.

I regret so much choosing this company to do our exit' clean'. Our experience was like everyone else's on here. They showed up a day late. They charged almost double the quoted cleaning fee - saying things were 'dirty' or required 'scrubbing' - um, that's what cleaning is! Then they called relentlessly to ask for the additional payment - as late as 9pm and again before 7am on a Sunday morning. They did a poor job - we're not even convinced the carpets were actually cleaned. The staff were rude. They got what they wanted - money. All we got was a massive headache. DO NOT USE!!!! I'm annoyed giving zero stars is not an option.

This was an incredibly frustrating experience - it was a subpar job designed to get you to pay more for extra hours to clean to get your bond back or no guarantee. This company should be ashamed and embarrassed. Like everyone else on this thread I will have to go clean on top of what they’ve done and find a carpet cleaning service. They are so pushy, and know how to wind you into the deal to get money. Please avoid and pay the extra money you’ll eventually pay to these people to a real company. I can see why their workers don’t actually work reading the comments sounds like they don’t get paid properly either.

I don't even know where to start with this company. Never before have I experienced such diabolical customer service; from the lack of cleaning that took place in our house to the people on the phone/ on emails.
They don't perform bond cleans to the standards required by agents. My partner and I had to do our own clean and spent almost 7 hours there and had to hire carpet cleaning equipment because they had not done a good enough job. The bathrooms were barely touched, kitchen cupboards still needed cleaning and the walls still needed spot cleaning. When only one cleaner came to re clean (with no carpet cleaning equipment despite us requesting this), he just stood around, did no cleaning and drove off.
I could go into a lot more detail but I'd run out of space. All I can do is implore you to not hire this company, they are a scam, refuse to uphold their contracts and seem to think they're above Australian consumer law. DO NOT HIRE!!!
Okay cleaner, nagging customer service
Cleaner did a fine job but did not clean the doors or the windows. I cleaned it for over 2 hours myself to get my bond back. The cleaner did a decent job overall but missed plenty of spot cleaning jobs and seemed to have an answer as to why he can't clean certain areas. He said it was difficult to clean, strange because I ended up cleaning all of them with wet baby wipes.
Nagging employees who keep calling you for no apparent reason. I called to book an extra service and I was driving so I said I'll pay for the extra service in 15 minutes. But in that time frame, I had 3 calls nagging me to make the payment else they won't do the service. I then pulled over and made the payment to avoid their calls. Then the cleaner texts me they got no payment so he won't do the extra service. I explained to him what happened and he was more understanding than the employees. Then they nagged me to post a review and said they would give me 50 dollar voucher. They seemed to lack respect for your time as I was given a deadlind to post a review and kept receiving constant messages about it. At this point, I just want them to stop calling me..forever. I don't care for a $50 voucher.

DISGUISTING/SCAM/STAY AWAY - Wish there was a negative star option
Wish there was a negative star, literally worst service ever provided - didn’t show up multiple times, then come and say the property is more than expected (despite seeing photos) and ask for more $$ before starting, then don’t clean 3 of the 5 rooms. Looked to be using subcontractors that had ‘car detailing’ marketing on their car, ABSOLUTELY TRASH DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE LOW COST THEY ARE NOT WORTH A CENT.

I wish I could give this cleaning service zero stars. I was a returning customer because I was happy enough with the first clean, even though the cleaner didn’t show up on the original booking date. After chasing them with calls and messages, they finally sent someone the next day, and I let that slide because the clean itself was decent. However, the second clean was an absolute disaster.
The cleaners arrived and gave off the impression that they didn’t want to be there. I had informed them not to clean the walls, as I had painters scheduled, but I specifically reminded them that sweeping and mopping the balcony was part of the service. When I inspected the property afterward, I was horrified to find the balcony barely touched. Cobwebs were still there, and the floor had not been properly swept, let alone mopped.
When I raised the issue, the cleaners outright lied and claimed they did clean the balcony, suggesting the painters caused the mess—even though the painters hadn’t even started yet. This was a blatant and insulting excuse for not doing their job.
What followed was a nightmare of back-and-forth communication over the course of a week. Multiple people from their team emailed me, but none of them seemed to communicate with each other, so I had to repeat myself over and over. They kept asking me for an exit report, despite me repeatedly explaining that I own the property and didn’t have one. When they finally understood that, they demanded photos. I took time out of my busy schedule to go back to the property and provide proof that the balcony was untouched. Their response? They claimed the cleaners couldn’t do the job properly because it required “heavy machinery.” Yet another lie—because I ended up cleaning it myself with no special equipment.
The customer service was appalling. They ignored my messages unless I kicked up a fuss, gave fake apologies, and offered endless excuses instead of taking responsibility. They wasted my time, lied at every step, and made me run in circles until I was too frustrated to keep fighting.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest scammers who will take your money, do a subpar job, and gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault. Do not use their service—you’ll regret it.

I worked with BCIC as a subcontractor for a long time, and my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. They owe me a significant amount of money for jobs I completed, and despite multiple promises to resolve the issue and pay me, they haven’t done so.
They initially assured me the problem would be resolved, but after countless follow-ups, they have completely ignored my concerns. I have now filed a formal complaint with Fair Trade because it’s clear that they are not interested in addressing this matter fairly.
BCIC seems to operate out of India, and individuals like Kailesh, who recruits subcontractors through Facebook Marketplace, and Bhawnaa, supposedly from their accounts team, are deeply involved. Both of them have failed to provide any resolution or accountability.
From what I’ve experienced, BCIC has a pattern of using subcontractors and then avoiding payment, leaving people like me in a difficult position. Their follow-up messages to complaints are generic, copy-pasted responses that never lead to real action.
To all subcontractors and potential clients: Beware before working with or booking BCIC. They are untrustworthy and exploitative. My advice: stay far away to avoid the stress and financial loss I’ve experienced.

Booked and prepaid for a bond clean of a two bedroom apartment.
They didn't turn up. When chased they said they'd forgotten and they'd send two cleaners.
When they eventually turned up they said it'd take 5 hours.
When I returned to check progress two hours later they'd gone. They said they finished the job ahead of time. They didn't even do the bathroom or laundry.
Terrible service, unreliable, didn't complete the job we paid them to do. Avoid this company !
