Shifty rip off artists

Called at 6pm the night before to claim they couldn't turn up the next day.

So we got someone else.

Then they called back the next day and said oh we can fit you in later.................

Now claiming that because they offered an alternative they can keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.

Straight to ACCC for us

Services of this company is very bad

Services of this company is very bad. Initial they quote us less amount but on day of cleaning they doubled the money. Initial they gave us guaranty if anything is not on mark, they will come and complete that task if called is made within 7 days. But on the day, the cleaners keep on saying that they will not going to give any guaranty. This is not good customer service. Initially they quote less and on the day when the customer in need they double the amount. We will never going use them again.

The worse experience I've ever had

The worse experience I've ever had. Said all those things regarding reclean, bond back guarantee, best of town etc etc. All was bullshit, never got the bond back, rescheduled multiple times with me as their cleaner was not available. Work was unsatisfactory, never got my bond back.

Do Not Deal With These Grubs!

I would give this dodgey company a zero score if i could,we used them last weekend in Newcastle as they were the only company that would clean on a Sunday.They quoted and invoiced us for 12.5 hours to do a bond clean on a rental property that we were vacating and received 3 different cleaners ,1 at a time onsite over a period of just under 5 hours.The cleaners were difficult to communicate with due to a language barrier and in the end we ended up cleaning the kitchen,skirts and window tracks.We have had multiple emails with these grubs over the last few days demanding a refund of the 7.5 hours overcharge and have not received a satisfactory response as of yet.We are going to lodge a formal complaint with Fair Trading and see if they can sort it for us.

I have been a Landlord for 35 years and have never seen a more disgusting and inadequate end of lease clean. The house is in Highton, Geelong. Despite sending photos of the absolute filth left in the house, the company wanted $150 to send a cleaner back. Trying to get a resolution was an absolute joke. They make it so difficult to get anything fixed. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. They do not care as long as they get your money.

Simply, don’t go near this company!! I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Find someone else! The communication provided by BCIC is shockingly poor. They failed to do as required when asked. When you try to speak to someone in charge you get transferred multiple times (many times). Not even sure this is an Aus based call centre as the entirety of my communication via phone was call centre based.

They use digital mobile numbers, when you call or txt any of them you ultimately end up on perpetual hold and receive zero response. They contract out the cleaning in my opinion.

They ask for more money during the cleaning process even after failure to complete their job. My carpet cleaning wasn’t done on the final day of my tenancy. The carpet cleaner didn’t show up after I was assured by the cleaners and the company via phone and in person they would manage access to my property and I wouldn’t need to supervise this. I was forced to pay more, they threatened to stop working and withhold the needed receipts unless I paid more.

They say they have attended, when as a matter of fact haven’t. Even claiming they were at the property whilst my agent was physically in attendance. They were not there.

Should you choose to use them, do so at your own peril.

I was lucky, just lucky to have a great realestate agent who supported me to work through issues BCIC created.

You agreed to the extra hours to ensure the property was cleaned to standard.When our carpet technician arrived, they noted the hallway carpet was not included in the original quote. While you declined to pay for its cleaning, as a gesture of goodwill, we cleaned the hallway carpets at no additional charge.During the cleaning, our team encountered several areas with permanent marks and damage that could not be removed despite their best efforts. These included: Water marks on the bathroom shower screen, Orange marks on the toilet tap and kitchen cupboard door, Black marks on the bathroom cupboard, Mold on the kitchen window glass, Dust marks on the living area window track, Discoloration and stains on the carpet, Various orange marks on doors and tape residue on walls.
Our team promptly informed you about these issues, offering no guarantee on these areas due to their condition. You acknowledged this during the call, and we also sent you an email detailing the no-guarantee areas along with a link to view the corresponding images.While we strived to ensure transparency and provided additional cleaning services beyond what was quoted, it’s clear from your feedback that our communication could have been better. Terrible experience altogether

Terrible experience altogether , I had to call the cleaner to come second time even before any inspection from the property agent , they did half of a job.
The property didn't pass inspection , BCIC manager never picked up the phone , I had to clean the place myself in the end.😳😳

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. Charged exuberantly and didn't even get all of the jobs done that I was charged for. Management didn't care and did not support getting them back to re-clean filthy windows, dust everywhere. Oil marks on the range hood, carpets not cleaned, laundry not cleaned. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOU MONEY FOR A POOR AND INCOMPLETE CLEAN

I would advise everyone to stay away…

I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They tried to charge me extra on the things I had already paid for in the quote. Paid them for 10 hours work and only got 7 which is still a surprise as they did not clean the house... the carpets were a mess, the spot cleaning never happened and when asked to come back and fix these issues, they don't get back to you. Horrible service.

Waited 3 hours and called 5 times, every time I was told they will ring cleaner or try find new cleaner and never called me back. Then after I called again they said they couldn’t find a cleaner… did they plan on telling me that? LOL what a scam, I wish I found these reviews earlier

If I could give 0 stars I would. Turned up late, started packing up early until challenged. Very similar experience to other reviewers - left place dirtier than they found it, what was done was not done properly, lied about what had been done. He spent a lot of time on the phone and she kept going missing. Neither of them had a clue what they were doing. Had to engage 2nd company to fix the mess. Do not use them!

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANYNEVER WORK WITH THEM!! I was a backpacker working as a sole trade cleaner, and everything with them was terrible. Communication missing, many documents that I paid for nothing, their request are like 60km at 6 am, AND AT THE END THEY NOT GOING TO PAY YOUR SERVICE!! They took over a month before answering me, they lie about the job that I did perfectly ( as I sent pictures to them), also they blamed the customer telling me, she didn't pay and complained, so I reached out to the customer and she told me that she paid even 4 times more and everything was ok! Guys, this company is the worst you can work with.
I hope it is clear that for just 156$ they just disappeared and didn't pay me.

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - SCAM!!!!! - This company is a SCAM, do not, I repeat, DO NOT even CONSIDER using them even for one second. We have never had a more horrible experience with any company. They completed a "clean" at our 2 bedroom property which wasn't up to standard, they say they have a 7 day guarantee, we contacted them on the 7th day to let them know the clean didn't pass inspection, they tried to tell us that the 7 days was over, pretended they didn't receive any correspondence from us letting them know which areas needed a re-clean. After about 10 emails and calls back and forth finally managed to arrange a re-clean which didn't pass inspection AGAIN.
We ended up losing $200 of our bond for our real estate to have to get their own cleaners in for a touch up! Mind you this clean cost $555, we are now out of pocket $755 for a clean that didn't pass 2 x inspections!
Our property manager was amazing and contacted them herself, they told her they would refund us the $200 we lost on our bond, and when I followed up they've just told us they're only offering us $30!!!!
Disgusting, should be reported.

EDIT: called and offered us a refund of our $200 bond in exchange for deleting or updating this review, literally hush money

Scam. Absolutely vile experience

BCIC sucks big time. They quoted $1290 for 15 hours work. Some guy who knew 0, nothing, zip, not a thing about cleaning came and made the home dirtier than when we booked it. He claimed his workmates had car trouble and would be there soon. 2 holes later they still hadn’t arrived. After approximately 4 hours and 27 minutes (mostly sitting around playing on his phone) he left the floor wet like a small flood as he had pushed the small amount of dust into the dirty water and left the floor looking 1000% worse than when he started.
The walls had streaky dirty water pushed on some of them, the windows looked worse than when he began and there were clear, obvious marks everywhere.
I called BCIC within 10 minutes (after taking 10 minutes of video evidence) and asked for a re-clean. They said they wanted the agent’s review before they did anything. I insisted that it was worse than when he started and they needed to re-clean. After 13 days of going back and forth on phone calls, we lost all of our money and had to put in the 15 hours ourselves on top of full time work. Don’t waste your money on these scam artists.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst company I have ever dealt with from start to finish. Was quoted $480 for end of bond cleaning paid in full. When real estate inspected the property they where unsure if a cleaner had even been to the house. They tried to contact BCIC but where unable too. When I finally did get through to someone they told me that the job had been done to there highest standards and could provide pictures of the complete job. When I sent them the pictures the real estate had taken they then agreed to send someone back with a list from the real estate of things that hadn't been done.

THROUGHOUT
Clean window tracks & frames (Dusty, hair).
Clean light fittings (Bugs).
Clean curtains (Marked, dusty).
Clean walls, skirtings/doorstops (Dusty, hair, marked)

ENTRANCE HALL
Clean doorframe, doorstop, vent on ceiling (Marked, dusty, sticky substance, hair).
Remove red tape from floor.

BEDROOM 2
Clean red marks off floors.

BEDROOM 3
Place stools back into kitchen under bench.
Clean wall along back of house (Marked).

BATHROOM
Clean drawers, floors, (Sticky, drip marks, dusty ).
Clean shower, shower seal.
Clean ceiling.

LOUNGE
Clean door frame (Marked).

KITCHEN (Include area between kitchen & laundry)
Clean back door, ceiling, floors, kickboard PowerPoints, cupboards (Include tops), backsplash (Mould, dusty, grime, marked)
Clean oven, rangehood & stovetop (Oily, grime, burnt food).

LAUNDRY
Clean basin/drain, taps, toilet (Hair, marked).

After a re clean the house was still not done and nothing on the list was even attempted. When I reached out to them again to explain the job was not done properly they said they where sorry and offered $150 refund only if I agreed not to write a review or take the matter further.
We had nothing but problems with this company. Attached you'll find pictures of there "Hight Standard Of Cleaning".

BCIC Cleaning is a Complete Scam - Avoid at All CostsMy experience with BCIC Cleaning was an absolute nightmare and, in my opinion, a complete scam. This company preys on people who are already stressed from moving. They use deceptive practices to upsell additional services, and if you refuse, they effectively cancel the job and back you into a corner.
I was told my property was "heavily soiled" – a baseless claim meant to justify extra charges. When I declined their upsell, the cleaner left, causing severe delays. my property was meant to be cleaned on friday and wasn't completed until Sunday - the day I had to hand back my keys. the cleaner also asked for additional money 'paid off the app' before even viewing the property. To to the terrible cleaning job, i was forced to go back and clean the property myself, and I’ve now spent days emailing and calling with no resolution.

Their conduct is highly questionable; all calls are recorded without consent, and their terms and conditions are blatantly unlawful. I have reported them to the ACCC and urge anyone considering their services to stay away.

BCIC Cleaning offers nothing but frustration and stress. Do not use them – save yourself the time, money, and hassle. This is SCAM.

1. Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system does inform callers that calls may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes. This standard practice helps ensure clear communication and service accuracy. This is a standard practice followed by companies to help resolve any disputes, such as the one you have experienced.

2. It is also important to note that our cleaning quotes are always provided as estimates. This is standard practice, as the condition of the property is a significant factor that must be taken into consideration when booking a service online. This was communicated very transparently on the phone upon booking this service, this is also mentioned in the terms and conditions you have accepted, also on the booking confirmation email we have shared with you upon booking. Upon reviewing the recordings of your service-related calls, we confirmed that the information regarding the estimated cleaning hours and additional services was accurately conveyed.

3. During the booking process, it was acknowledged that the proposed 8.5 hours is an estimated (and a minimum call out) time to clean the property to the required bond clean standard. Given its condition at the time of inspection, our cleaners found the property to be heavily soiled, which required additional time to complete the job thoroughly. We reduced the suggested additional time from 15.5 hours to 8.5 hours based on your decision not to include wall washing. However, when the extra hours were declined, our initial cleaning team was unable to proceed as planned.

3. In response, we promptly arranged for a second cleaning team to commence work later that evening. They returned the next morning, with your agreement, to complete the job, as it had grown late the previous day. The cleaners did their best to address all areas within the agreed timeframe, and at your request, additional areas were also cleaned. Unfortunately, due to the cleaner's phone battery dying, they were unable to notify us immediately. To accommodate your requests, the cleaner took payment directly from you, which we recognize was not in line with our standard procedures and should not have occurred and we have addressed this with our cleaner internally.

While we understand your frustration, we endeavored to work within the time constraints given the property's condition. If the additional hours had been approved, we would have been fully responsible for ensuring that every area was cleaned to your satisfaction. Regrettably, without the extra time, we cannot offer guarantee for any areas that may have been missed.

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and hope this explanation provides clarity. If there is anything further you would like to discuss, we are more than willing to assist.

Indian Scammer

I hired [BCIC Indian Scammer From Delhi] for a cleaning service, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. They arrived late, and the quality of the cleaning was far below what was promised. They missed several key areas, including [mention specific areas like kitchen appliances, windows, bathrooms, etc.], and the overall attention to detail was poor.When I contacted them to express my concerns, they were unresponsive and dismissive. Worse yet, they tried to charge me for additional services that were never agreed upon. I feel completely scammed by this company.I would strongly recommend avoiding [BCIC INDIAN SCAMMER FROM DELHI] if you're looking for professional and reliable cleaning services. This was a waste of time and money!
