I ordered a helmet from Bell, but it was never delivered. The tracking says it was delivered, yet I never received anything.

The worst part is the customer service. There is no way to reach anyone by phone. I’ve called several times during the advertised business hours, and nobody ever answers.

How are customers supposed to resolve a serious issue like a lost order or get a refund if no one can be contacted? Paying hundreds of euros for a product that never arrives and then being unable to speak to anyone is simply unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a brand like Bell.

I purchased a Bell Moto-10 Spherical Evade White/Blue in June 2025.
Having worn it for only 7 MX practice days the white area around the goggle opening is discolouring with yellow splotches.
I have emailed Bell UK 3 times with no response.
Tried the USA email, they said email UK...

Customer service is no existent

I purchased a MTB helmet. I returned it (too big) using Bells online return process. And that's it. No helmet, no refund, no response to any of the 11!emails I've sent to Bell. I'm £109 quid down with absolutely no ability to get my money back as Bell won't respond.
They claim on their website that an email to them will be responded to within 24/48hrs. Not true.
Bell have the helmet and my money - profitable little scam, right there.

Really liked the helmet and was an absolute godsend when my son fell off his scooter and bumped his head. It dented the helmet but he was unharmed. Only giving 3 stars because their customer service is poor, despite saying on their website you can email if your child has been in an accident to purchase another, I have heard nothing from them, even having sent a chaser email. Would recommend buying from a shop given their poor customer service, and also not trust their website when they say you can contact them if your child has an accident!

Really uncomfortable fit, causing pain and discomfort around the back of the ear, as if it is rubbing against a hard surface
When I initally tried it on , it seemed fine, but two ride out, it became apparent that is was really bad to wear
I wonder if smaller cheek pads would improve the situation.
Otherwise it was a mistake purchase

Despite stock take item came very quickly, was well packaged and excellent quality.

Got a bubble visor for my bell 500 custom arrive well packed fits great good service

The fabric inside isn’t finished but left puckered. Not a fan.

It's my 2nd Bell helmet and all the features & style make the product stand out .

Ordered online , received my delivery in under 24hours.

After contacting Bell Helmets for new vent covers for my Bell race star ( p.m of 3/9/24 ) I received the items the next morning.
The member of staff I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable regard all Bell products.

Good service and fast delivery. Product was good quality.

Delivered what I needed on time in good condition

Good helmet although the cheek padding was too thick, had to buy a smaller thickness although could do with going smaller. Shame they couldn’t come with the helmet. Other than that it’s good
