A first class purchasing experience
Purchased a smoke visor off the website. Price was cheaper than elsewhere and postage was included. Delivery was within 2 days, visor was in a big robust cardboard box with air pillows enclosed to minimise the risk of damage. Overall a first class purchase experience.

£200+ Bell Super Air R helmet rendered worthless due to tiny poorly made and non replaceable component malfunctioning. Never buying Bell again. Expected better of such a brand

Five year warranty works!
I originally bought a Moto 9 Flex but the trim started falling off after a couple of years. I contacted Bell directly and they allowed me to exchange the helmet for any other Moto 9 flex like my original helmet or upgrade to a Moto 10 for another £150. I just had to send photos of the helmet, provide proof of purchase (mine came from 24MX) post the original helmet to Bell and choose which one I wanted as a replacement. The whole process was carried out over email and made really simple by Barrie Ward who is a credit to Bell.
So, if you were wondering if the five-year warranty is genuine. It is and it works very well.

Absolutely non existent customer service!
When I first tried to contact customer service they said they would contact originally within 48hrs. They didn’t! They then sent a message asking if I was satisfied and are happy to close the case. I had not been telephoned or emailed about my complaint so why would I want the case closed? I replied asking for them to reply within 10 working days. They have now still not replied to my complaint. They then had the stupidity to ask how I found their customer service!
I wonder if I will ever get a reply to my complaint!
