Excellent quality & service
Excellent quality gear and service at Bell, ordered a new helmet straight from them as needed a specific size, it arrived the very next day, is comfy and fits like a glove. Would highly recommend.

Bell SRT modular in Matt black…
Lovely helmet in Matt black but after only 3000 miles showing lots of signs of wear. Stone chips have easily damaged the black and it has gone down to the white layer beneath, which stands out. Did raise this with Barrie who stated that ‘it looks as if it may have been dropped or banged’. Subsequently sent it back to Bell via the supplier. Bell deemed that ‘the damage on the helmet has come from stone chips and or an impact and is therefore unwarrantable’. I know I would deny this but it has most certainly not been dropped or banged, just worn. Very dis-appointed as I paid good money for it and it looks about 10 years old already. I am otherwise happy with it as it fits lovely.

Fantastic buying experience. Very helpful staff member at this company Barrie supplied a brilliant customer service experience when I purchased a Bell Custom 500 helmet and had to return for a different size.

Great quality helmet (MX-9) at this price point. Inside is just as comfortable as my (much more expensive) Arai. Very quick delivery, cant fault service.
