If you want to buy any items of clothing then avoid this firm like the plaque.
Ordered a pair of shoes for the wife. They took forever to arrive and when they did they were too small. Strange as every other similar size I order from everywhere always fit.
Don't be fooled by the Birmingham address as all goods come from China.
Now try and return the item and they want photos of packaging, bar codes and the item from every angle. They then offer you a replacement at a 3rd of the cost in a bigger size and say keep the item that's too small. Refuse this the offer a partial refund and keep the item. Refuse this they offer an increased refund of 25% and keep the item( which doesn't fit) or post the item back to China and wait for them to inspect it before refunding.
They literally don't want to deal with returns and are a deceitful company. Avoid at all cost as if the items not right you'll waste a month trying to sort it. Disgusting company

After waiting three weeks, I got an email to confirm my order had been delivered when it had not. Berrymere would not help at all with this, just said that I would have to sort it out myself with the delivery company which, I confirmed to them, is against the Consumer Rights Act.

I wouldn't put one star but I have to to write this. I wanted a full return and apparently I have to send it to China tracked! That will cost around £28.00, the shoes were £30... they were not orthopaedic as described and they are probably dangerous to walk in as they're so cheaply made. The cheap plastic they're made from isn't even cut properly. Im thinking trading standards need to know about this company. Do not purchase is my advice.

Do not shop here. The pretty pictures online are not of the actual items but are mere suggestions of what they try to imitate, so expect differences in fabric, sleeve length, etc. If you point out these differences to the customer-service team, you will be told that they are merely a matter of "personal preference" and so they refuse to pay for return shipping, which by the way is to CHINA. At best you will get a 30% refund as an alternative.

Literally opened my new sliders and thought they were from Poundland - absolute rubbish and total con. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. Bloody fuming 😡

Wouldn’t recommend.
Not orthopaedic shoes and tad small size but otherwise comfy (for maybe a few hours) and lightweight. Delivery took a few weeks but that's expected as not based in UK. Good comms re delivery updates. Top material is nice, green colour was brighter than image (risk taken when ordering online) and thin, but fitted and overall not too bad.
I don't bother with returns for non-UK items due to shipping costs. Personally with non-uk shopping my mindset is don’t spend what you can’t afford to lose.
Marked down due to shoes def not orthopaedic or great quality (can feel every lump and bump when walking)- if they were advertised for what they actually are then I would give more stars. I won’t order again from them. Just another online non-uk shopping learning event.

Product took a while to arrive , I ordered orthopaedic sliders looked great on the picture ! When finally arrived wrong colour totally and they were plastic bottoms I thought they were going to be suede and the buckle is plastic - cheap looking product ! I thought I was getting a quality product for the cost £ 36 !!!!!!
I have sent email asking about returns or money back - awaiting response.
Will not be using them again to order anything .

Difficult to return the item I purchased as the return address I was given is in China and would cost £25.90 for the tracker they requested I put on it. So then was offered several options one of which I had to accept instead of getting my refund. So beware purchasing from this company.

I have experienced the same issues as many other reviewers, and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand — a rookie mistake and certainly a valuable lesson learned.

I ordered the “orthopedic” shoes, which arrived later than expected in simple plastic packaging. They were apparently shipped directly from the manufacturer in China, and the sizing was completely inaccurate. A size 39 is definitely not equivalent to a UK size 6. Too small.

I requested a full refund due to the incorrect sizing and was asked to provide photos. After sending these, I was offered a replacement pair — but only if I paid an additional £12.39, while keeping the original pair.

I explained that I was unhappy with this solution, after which I was offered only a 15% partial refund instead.

I have no interest in spending more time haggling over this. I will instead donate the shoes to my local Cancer Research charity shop for someone with smaller feet to make use of them.

RIP OFF …. Don’t buy from this company … they don’t give a refund if the item doesn’t fit or suit and if you push for a full refund you have to pay the postage back to china !! Absolute rip off!!! Also you can get the same clothes at a third of the price from Temu.

I am super picky about fabrics because my skin gets irritated easily, but this material is incredibly soft and lightweight. Wore it all day yesterday for a casual outing and it held up beautifully without wrinkling too much. It’s hard to find pieces that look this stylish while still being genuinely comfortable to move around in. Very happy with this purchase.

I was kept updated on my order, when it was dispatched, when it would be delivered, etc... It was nice to be updated regularly, letting me know everything was on track.

I ordered a pair of size 10 sandals. I checked the company’s sizing guide and was confident that they would be a true size 10 EU 44. When the shoes arrived they were had 9 EU 43 stamped on the bottom. When in actual fact they were more like a size 7. When I contacted the website they asked for photos of the shoes and packaging. After many emails back and forth they offered a 15% refund and informed me I could keep the shoes! This is bonkers. They also tried to tell me I ordered a 9 - I pointed out I would never order the wrong size shoes!
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Ridiculous delivery time - website indicated 48hrs , took almost 4 weeks .
Quality was rubbish .
XXL Shorts wouldn’t fit a jockey .
They asked for feedback , but wouldn’t accept the red button, but touch the green and guess what ?? Bang .

All Berrymere’s comments I have just read in reply to Trustpilots review submitted are rubbish as they arent going to resolve the matter so do not believe the messages they post in reply to everyone’s complaints submitted saying they want to resolve this quickly.

I bought a pair of shoes which were supposed to arrive in a few days.

This turned out to be a good few weeks due to them coming from China which was not aware of until I asked to return them and found I would have to return them to China! Had i known they were coming from China I would not have purchased them. I was not given the correct information during the purchasing process.

I am raising this all with Trading Standards.

They have been trying to negotiate with me different % of refund amounts instead of issuing a full refund which I have requested multiple times.

Avoid at all costs.

You already have my details and order number so please dont respond with your automated message asking for my order number and offering to resolve as you know you wont. You do not advertise that you sell from China and therefore returns must br sent back to China!

I have had a tedious time requesting a return address for a very poor quality blouse ordered on 23-04-26 which arrived 05-05-26 .

I have emailed the company 5 TIMES requesting a return address . Each time they offer a % discount or give the blouse to a friend & reorder etc . I wanted the return address !

Eventually I have received a return address in CHINA !
I will be liable for the return cost PLUS the initial postage cost .

Like some previous reviews I will be reporting this company to TRADING STANDARDS

My order took 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed Berrymere twice to ask when it was being delivered and was told once it had left their location it was the responsibility of the courier and not their problem. I said I no longer wanted the order and wanted a full refund which they refused.
The 3 items eventually arrived. I ordered all in the same size and the variation on size was ridiculous.
The finishing and quality of the fabric was very poor.
The items came from China and to return them was very expensive
I contacted Berrymere to complain about my whole bad experience shopping with the, and they agreed to am 30% refund and I could keep the clothes, which I have donated to charity as I can't wear them.
I have chased my refund 4 times and I am still waiting a reply on where my money is.
Berrymere just want customers money.
Steer clear of Berrymere. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

It’s a complete scam, avoid at all costs, they sent the wrong clothes, it took nearly a month to arrive and making it impossible to return anything!

Be warned! I was suspicious when this company asked me to do a review before I had even received the goods. Items come from China. When my green sateen bomber jacket arrived it was such poor quality and so thin. When I asked to return I was expected to pay to return it to China. The item was not cheap and such poor quality. Customer services write very polite emails saying how they want to help you but at the end of the day don’t. Read the returns policy very carefully before ordering. I could not locate them on any social media which is strange in itself. In the end I did a chargeback and was luckily successful. Avoid avoid avoid.
