AVOID AVOID ...Ordered a top and a completely different one arrived. Cheap top. NO refund .NO replacement. This in my opinion is a scam company. Buy from them at your risk. They will respond very politely but offer no solution. I never write reviews but this company makes my blood boil ...NOT HAPPY

Items ordered look nothing like what was advertised. When I requested a return they stated I had to pay postage (£30) or accept a 25% return. When I accepted 25% I had to continuously chase to have this refunded . Would not buy from here again

If I could give zero stars I would. The martial they use is awful, similar to plastic. When you ask to return they won’t allow, or you have to return to China at own cost. The Birmingham address shown is very misleading

Now received the shoes I ordered, which are absolutely dreadful and look nothing like the quality elegant red shoes on the Berrymere website. They arrived in a very small unprotected package with no box or proper protective padding. The shoes are squashed and creased. The fabric is cheap and the heels are nasty black plastics. These shoes were advertised as quality orthopedic shoes made of quality fabric - they absolutely are not as described.
I have complained to Berrymere and they simple send rote AI generated response emails, apologising for the wait and the quality of shoe but not taking on board that I simply want a refund. You get the impression this is how they operate… Seb’s rubbish goods after a lengthy wait, knowing full well the customer is going to be very dissatisfied with the service as well as the product, apologise profusely and offer a further product, which the customer pays for and then send another cheap and nasty
Other customers have complained and given reviews that the returns process is virtually impossible and Berrymere have confirmed that the customer must return items to this random overseas address at their own cost. They offer a further product for the cost of £12.95 and the customer gets to keep the original item.
So you simply pay again for another cheap rubbish product.
This is a scam
Don’t be taken in by the website or the glossy pictures/text - all AI generated I am sure as is their replies to this Trust pilot review.

This is not the Ridiculous long waiting time for delivery.
Drop shipping company.
Poor customer service.
Don’t be fooled by the glossy website which make this clothing company appear to be a trustworthy British clothing firm.
Instagram posts give the impression it is local, professional and well established but it’s a drop shipping company holding no stock in the U.K.
You will wait many weeks to receive an order.

Ordered a longline blazer, arrived eventually total rubbish it arrived in an 8” by 6” bag so that’s says it all, no lining please don’t waste your time or money no refund ordered 12% refund or send to china at own cost, not based in the UK please avoid, would leave no stars but you have to put one at least bad bad company.

Do not be fooled by the offer of help on the trustpilot response from BerryMere to reviews. Countless emails exchanges later with the same inane responses, and no resolution. I am convinced this is AI. So £50 down the drain!! Beware

Do not buy from them, took over 2 weeks for the shoes to arrive, and they were faulty, sent me another pair and again wore them for not even a day and the tassels broke.. terrible

My ordered items took 3 weeks to arrive, with regular emails apologising for the delay. The quality of the fabrics was very poor: slimy, plastic feel with creases, and no drape. It didn’t even try them on.
I requested a return and full refund as is my right. I was repeated fobbed off with various offers to keep the tops and receive other garments at a discounted price. After severel further emails they eventually offered me an option to return the items at my expense, with customs declaration, to China. Under UK law they should pay for the return, but I don’t think this will happen. I haven’t had a reply to my request for them to organise the return shopping, but have received another email saying that my items are on their way. I have not ordered further items!
I feel that I have been conned.
Don’t buy from this company.

Following this review and raising a dispute through my bank, I have received a full refund, although I only knew of this because I checked with my bank. There was no direct communication of this fact from Berrymere. I would not order from them again.

I had a very bad experience with this Company, and I would advise everyone to avoid buying from them.

The products I ordered were of very poor quality and the wrong size, so were completely of no use to me!!
They made it impossible for me to return them for a refund, and they said out of good will they’d give me a small partial refund of £9 of the £60 I actually paid for them, which never arrived. AVOID! AVOID!!

Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. Shoes took ages to arrive and then didn't fit and were of poor quality. You have to pay to return to China or take a tiny credit or partial refund. It's a con.

ordered 5 jumpsuits, nothing like pictures . All polyester, like telly tubby suits. They won’t accept that they are at fault, have told me it is ‘preference based’. Have reported to trading standards, have started a credit card dispute to do a chargeback. I spent £128.10, I then spent £17.75 returning the items to China (only way to get a refund). My package has been with Chinese customs over a week. There’s no guarantee they’ll even refund me. Don’t be fooled by their ‘trying to be helpful’ replies to other disgruntled customers. What would be helpful is if you stopped knowingly stealing money off people and shut your website down. Any 5 star reviews are probably fake. They even emailed me and asked me to cancel my credit card dispute! Everyone who’s been ripped off should try to do a chargeback even if it’s a hassle or they will never stop,

DO NOT trust Berrymere. Overly friendly communications masking fraudulent company - they are NOT based in the UK, the quality of the clothing is appalling and I have now emailed 6 times in an effort to get sufficient information to return (to China, at my own cost) and still do not have the phone number which I need in order to pay for the return label.

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I will never use this company again and urge others not to. Cheap, nasty top not resembling, except colour and pattern, the image on the website. I ordered large (I’m not) as I wanted the top to be loose. It barely fits. I will not return it as I have read, now, other reviews. I will put this down to very poor judgment on my part, and hope others will take heed.

Not even the same jacket sent . The one ordered was suede.jacket sent was certainly not the one I ordered . Firstly it was supposed to be suede , turned out to be 100% polyester!
Size was wrong .. told I could buy another one for 11.69 .. why would I when it was not what I ordered in the first place . No refund no return only to china never to arrive . DON’T USE THIS Company.. they are frauds

Very poor quality. Worse than Temu and they dont let you return items. Avoid.

I am very disappointed, hope people read my review before purchasing from this company. Firstly they are not based in UK quick delivery they claim is actually 3 weeks and item comes from China. Once I got the jacket I order, it was very poor quality material and craftsman ship, litterly looked like some child made it in their sewing class at school. Looked very cheep and tacky. They claim 30 day return, however when I wanted to return I was told returns not accepted as it is what they have on their website (ermmm no it is not). They then offered for me to purchase again at a 30% discount ( no thanks, one is going to charity, why will I pay for another) . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Please do not use this supplier. The deliveries take well over the estimated shipping times and then when you want to return the items you have to return them to a warehouse in China at your expense!
This company states they are UK based with no mention of China anywhere. This is very misleading. The customer services team have been polite and very responsive however, the ultimate outcome is not acceptable.

After ordering a pair of sandals, they eventually arrived about 4 weeks after ordering, when l chased the delivery date was told Post Office had lost them?
When l did receive them was so disappointed, the quality and fit was so bad, the strap round the heel was so low it made your heel not sit on the insole properly and my toes hang over the top of the insoles. They were navy blue sandals with white Velcro which you could see no matter how you stuck it. Awful shoes. Asked for a full refund, they said l would have to pay for the International Shipping costs or if l kept them 15% discount or would send me another size! The quality of the shoes are so bad that l will pursue a full refund and return them with no cost to me as that is my legal right. Will never buy anything from an Ad in Facebook again.

Absolutely rubbish nothing like the photo or the description

wish I had read the reviews I would advise people not to waste their money
Too embarrassed to even give the trousers to charity it’s that bad
Now after reading the reviews not going to waste my time trying to get my money back
