Best Rate Removals & Storage Avis

The team were excellent from start to finish. We were thoroughly impressed with the service.

We used Best Rate for an office move that needed to be done at short notice. Really impressed with the service from start to finish. Excellent communication, helpful and prompt team who made the move so easy. Would not hesitate to use & recommend Best Rate in the future!

The guys who did the removals could not have worked harder and been nicer to have around. It’s an emotional thing, moving, and it felt like they helped things run as smoothly as possible. I could not believe how hard they worked and how careful they were with our things.

Cheapest quote that I got (by about £800!) and the service was great. Atanas replied to the Checkatrade quote request within about 30 and was polite and responsive throughout. The 2 delivery guys were hardworking and got the job done within the expected time.

I had a great experience with best rate removals. Everything was so smooth, stress free and seamless during the day. The team of 3 men were professional and arrived on time to get the job done so diligently! The office team were responsive throughout. Good competitive prices in central London. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to all 😊

Fantastic Services. The team was really friendly and a high end work ethics. Highly recommending Best Rate Removals 👌

I had a bad experience and would not recommend.

During the quote process they did not confirm details about whether the sofa would fit in the lift. I assumed that since they are a removals company, they would remove the sofa, however it needed to be done.

On the day with half my possessions already in the van they called and demanded an additional £200 to take the sofa down the stair well. When I queried it later, they said if I didn’t pay it was the removal men would be paid less not the company. This is shocking and felt like an attempt to guilt me in to paying. The £200 was also ridiculous because they were already on an hourly rate, so any additional time spent moving the sofa was already being paid for.

Furthermore they have yet to refund me the full amount of overtime paid (at 6pm head office closes so they call you and take payment for the estimated time remaining on the job, and then refund you if the team finish sooner than estimated).

In summary, willing to pay their employees less to make up for their bad quoting process and still owe me money

Excellent removal company.
Clear comnunication, easily reached by phone, patient & helpful.
Everything went smoothly on the day, cheerful professional staff.
I’m very happy to recommend this company. First class!!

Really good experience with these guys. We moved from an apartment to a house and they were professional and communicative throughout the process. We had a team of three and the whole move was done within five hours. They disassembled and reassembled larger furniture items with care and were very efficient. I would use this company again.

We've had an amazing experience with this company. They showed up on time and was able to give us a totally stress-free moving, thank you so much. We will definitely recommend your service to our friends and families

This was the 2nd time in 5 years that I’ve used them. From my enquiry, to the quote (within 15 min received) to the moving was an amazing experience. No stress at all. The two gentlemen Vidko and Marti who assisted in the moving were awesome. Nothing was too much for them. They truly went the extra 100 miles for me. And will always be grateful to them and Best Rate Removals.

The price quoted with the extras was money well spent. I will definitely encourage anyone who is looking for a top notch removal to go to them. Thank you guys very much appreciated. 🥰

From the quoting process to the on-day removals, we had an excellent experience working with Atanas and the rest of the Best Rate removals team.

We found the quote to be competitive and the additional extras - such as storage - to be priced really well.

On the day a large team showed up and made short work of all the furniture and boxes. The guys were efficient, conscientious and very friendly. I was genuinely very impressed by the on-the-day team. Everything was wrapped and carefully dismantled, it was all logged and I received a detailed itinerary at the end.

Honestly we will definitely be back when we move again.

Moved from London to North West England! They were the cheapest I could find and they arrived on time, very fair on pricing and all the stuff was packed professionally and nothing was damaged!

Very impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend to others!

We had a great experience with Best Rate Removals, moving from London to Petersfield. They responded quickly to our enquiries, were flexible around dates even though it was a busy time and were reasonably priced compared to competitors. On the day, the guys were friendly, efficient and completed the work within the agreed timings. Would definitely use them again.

I've moved many times over the last decade, and Best Rate ensured this most recent move was far and away the most painless to date. The guys were lovely, friendly, incredibly flexible in troubleshooting some parking/loading issues, and unbelievably quick and efficient. I will absolutely be calling them the next time I need to move house, and have already been recommending them to friends!

Very fast and efficient. No accidents. Professional team. 10/10 satisfactory service.

It’s the 3rd time I’ve used Best Rate Removals and they’ve yet again, been fabulous. The entire team from the booking, accounts and moving team are friendly and helpful; and it doesn’t hurt that their prices are reasonable! The digital survey is easy, quick and efficient. Most importantly the team that came to help me move were punctual, hard working and friendly. They were carefully efficient and finished very quickly. Definitely recommend.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Best Rate Removals! From the moment we called to inquire about booking with them they were friendly and helpful over the phone and went through all the prices in detail. The movers were professional, helpful and super nice! I look forward to hiring them for future moves

We used Best Rate removals for a house move from London to Oxfordshire. They were so helpful and communicative from beginning to end. The packers were phenomenally quick and efficient, but all done with care. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
