Very easy to deal with. I was kept up-to-date on delivery. Product arrived without any issues.
Installation instructions were clear, and I received very efficient response from the support email address. The update worked perfectly first time.

Received map update on a thumb drive, requested FSC code and received it pretty quickly. Scott provided guidance that helped make the update successful, including verifying that the update is correct for my car. I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

Paid my money, in due course received a pen drive with updated maps. Asked for and received the FSC activation code. Inserted pen drive and when prompted, supplied FSC. 30 or so minutes later, my map data was updated from 2014 to 2024. Seamless, faultless. I recommend this.

BMW Sat Nav upgrade. Really easy to order, usb stick arrived a few days later and they emailed me the pin. Updated successfully in about 20 minutes, works a treat.

I've used Bimmermap twice now. I opted for the download version. Everything went well throughout the process. A couple of notes, you'll need a Google account to access the file which is stored within Google drive. Follow the instructions and you'll have zero issues! My only suggestion to Bimmermap would be to maybe add a screenshot in the instructions showing the car nav screen prompting for the FSC code. That way you know for sure when to take the photo to send back confirming you're ready to receive the code. Really nice map updates for our legacy BMW systems!

The map upgrade was straight forward and took a little over an hour to update. Bimmermap is good to work with and responds well to questions. Top notch group, do not hesitate to upgrade with them if you need to.

At its last service I asked BMW Main Dealers to update my 2017 BMW 520d (F11). They quoted me a price of £150 to do the job. They tried several times but could not do it.
I purchased the memory stick from Bimmermap, inserted it into my car and 45 minutes later the job was done.

No props, and if, they were on my side. I choose to download files, unpack and upload.. but next time I will order the USB. Reason is that working with such big files requires space, speed and power. All this said. Flawless. Service level and trustworthiness super.

A straight forward service with decent pricing. Once you go through the process step by step, there have been no issues making a map update with me. I have used the service several times already.
Things to be highlighted are to have a gmail-address. If you do not have this, it is impossible to download the file. They do offer a mailing service for a USB stick which I have not tried. BMW requires a proper functioning USB stick which needs to be purchased.
Prompt responses with trouble shooting, though, if there are any issues.

Needed a new navigation update as previous maps were from 2015. The service was first class. Very quick to process my order, clear instructions and an easy process to update from a USB memory stick. I would definitely reccomend this service to anyone that is looking to update their sat nav software.

I'm not very computer savvy and at first had a bit of trouble downloading and installing the update. I contacted Bimmermap and Scott walked me through the entire process. The maps were then installed and I'm now ready to go.

After traveling to New York City metro area I realized my 2015 X3 maps needed upgraded. After finding Bimmermap on line, I purchased the "file download" option, however after downloading the file I realized that my computer hard drive was not large enough. I let Bimmermap know and they sent me a USB drive to use. After receiving the activation code the map upgrade worked flawlessly. I now have navigation maps that match actual conditions. Thank you!!
