Samples arrive quickly. The process of measuring and ordering blinds was easy.

I ordered three made to measure blinds - great service and product.

Really surprised by other reviews as my experience has been excellent.

I just ordered another three made to measure blinds four days ago and they have just been shipped - again reliable and efficient.

No delivery for over a month. As other one star reviews have stated, they simply don't deliver. Our order was placed over a month ago. Since then we had several e-mails from them giving us a fixed dispatch date (not delivery date) but nothing every arrives. We tried to cancel our order but they won't let us. Their e-mail responds is always just referring to yet another dispatch date. So far we had 3 of them and nothing was ever delivered. Don't order from them. Life is too short for waiting on hold, waiting for e-mails to be answered, being lied too and chasing after some blinds etc.

I have been using blinds to go for two years and I cant recommend them highly enough. Quality is fantastic and we have now window dressed 3 properties at a fraction of the cost of other companys. Blinds have also stood the test of time, especially with,at times, heavy handed holiday makers!!.

I’m sorry we ever spent over £2000 with this company! We had shoddy blinds delivered that had to be returned, we have blinds that are now frayed and falling apart, Venetian blinds that don’t close and now Roman blinds that are impossible to get off the wall! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible workmanship, shoddy products, horrendous waste of money!

Pretty good experience. Something needed to be changed and was swiftly by the helpline. Happy customer.

Ordered some next day blinds. Haven't arrived yet (over two weeks later). Our baby boy is unable to sleep without total darkness and this company couldn't give a damn. Avoid this company.

Quite simple really. If you value timely delivery, customer service, quality blinds then you really need to go somewhere else. This company have made a very simple play by going slightly cheaper than competitors but it’s you who will pay the price. Absolutely shocking, random colour blinds delivered and then asked to return them and wait weeks for my actual blinds. Avoid.

Won’t be buying from these again, I’m refurbishing some apartments, ordered three blinds and got a total of six fixing clips, I was told the manufacturer said two clips for each blind was enough, (definitely not) in a previous order I got five with each blind. Then I was told I could purchase more clips at 50p each plus £9,90 postage, I got a pack of ten from eBay for £3. Post free. I need another eleven blinds. I won’t be buying from this company,

Ordered cream blinds, they sent white tops and all black fittings to go with it…..seriously bad customer service, refused to accept it was their fault and wouldn’t change. Poor quality, I would never use this company again. Hope the review helps someone.

Terrible company to deal with. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered them. First time I tried to open the blind it broke , I contacted the company they sent me a part and I was supposed to fix it myself, take the blind apart and fix it. I actually had to pay to have the blind put up. So annoyed.

Blinds delivered quickly, and colour matches order. However, that's where the positives end. They were covered in metal shards where the inner tube the material is attached to was cut.

Furthermore, the material was poorly cut and one blind 'telescopes' despite being level.

Avoid.

I ordered a venetian blind from this outfit and the workmanship was dreadful.
I received an apology and a replacement blind which was just the same, corners broken off the bottom slat and not cut at 90 degrees. The metal header on both had not been deburred after being cut leaving a sharp edge.
This was after I was promised that the replacement would be thoroughly inspected before being dispatched.
What a joke. Avoid at all cost. They have also ignored my attempt to contact them. Best paying a little bit more for a quality product than this rubbish.

Ordered a set of blinds from Blinds direct.
They arrived in a box that looked like it had been stomped on, right down to the boot prints.
The replacemnt arrived with the packaging in good condition but the blinds had chips on there edges and some of the slats were dented. Given the packaging was in good order they must have left the factory like that.

Founds blinds direct to be awful to deal with,I paid the insurance if I measured wrong to have remade and what a con that is,I was asked at first to pay another £100+ as apparently the new Black Friday sale price was more expensive than the normal sale price which I brought the blinds on 🙈🤣 then when you phone up nobody wants to help and every time someone promises to phone back especially a manager which will never come to phone they never do,it took me over a month to get blinds replaced and £60 extra so the insurance is a waste of time,all in all blinds are decent,JUST SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Placed an order at th end of December. It took until the 10th of January to tell me that the material was no longer available.

I then chose an alternative from the website, only to be told that wasnt available.

So after 2 weeks, numerous calls and emails we have asked for a refund.

The website is utter rubbish; you cant filter, and its basically full of materials they cant supply.

Awaiting a refund. AVOID.

Today I had my blinds fitted which Id ordered from BLINDS DIRECT,..WOW I am so happy with the quality fitting and price,...young lad name Warren fitted them,.he was very professional at his job,..absolutely amazing ,..I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend BLINDS DIRECT,.TO ANYONE...

This is the second time I have used this company and you can't beat the value for the money for made to measure curtains. I was going to dock a star for the long lead time but the estimated delivery was noted when ordering and they arrived by the indicated date. I also ordered a cushion but the wrong fabric was used. A quick call to customer service and it was sorted. Sue sent out an expedited delivery in the correct fabric and told me to keep or donate the other cushion.This is the first time I have ever wanted to sit down with a customer service rep and have a natter, So nice. Give her a bonus!

Really impressed ,great quality, rapid delivery 2 working days . Had one broken clip on weight ,things happens ,easy fix but am not docking any stars for that, it would be petty. Great great service and thanks
