We've now been in our new home at The Asps for a little while, and overall we've had a really positive experience with Bloor Homes.

From the very beginning, Hope and Zoe in the Sales Office were absolutely fantastic. They were always welcoming, friendly, and happy to answer any questions throughout the buying process. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more straightforward and enjoyable.

Since moving in, Gary and Adam, the Site Managers, have also been excellent. They've been approachable, professional, and quick to help with any snagging queries or questions we've had. It's been reassuring to know they're genuinely committed to making sure everything is put right and that we're happy in our new home.

Like any new-build property, there have been a few minor issues to resolve, but the way the after care team has communicated and supported us has made all the difference.

Just bought our first ever property. The entire team (Liz, Sophia, Millie, and Lauren) were absolutely fantastic! From day one communication always remained consistent and they were more than happy to accommodate for last minute calls and drop ins to see the property before it was ready. Very happy customers.

I first visited The Asps site in February 2024 when I was out for a Sunday drive. I’d been looking for a new home for some time and once I viewed the stunning Wixham Show home I knew I’d found ‘the one’. Everything I was looking for, and it was constructed to a very high standard. Hope was working that day, spent some time telling me about Bloor Homes, The Asps site and the Wixham show home. Having taken my details I left very impressed and pretty sure I’d buy a Bloor Home. Fast forward to 30th June 2026 and 877 days later I moved into my brand new Bloor Home of Whalton design which is very similar to the Wixham. After a new release the time was right and an ideal plot was available. Hope & Zoe have been incredible from start to finish, very knowledgeable and professional, both guided me through the process of selling my current house and buying a new build. Always prompt communication, good advice and a pleasure to deal with. The reservation process with Zoe was very thorough and well documented. Given the stage of the build I had to specify my choices in a short time but once again Zoe was on hand to support with this. I made a number of visits to see each stage of the build, which I recommend, you get to appreciate the quality of the build and what goes into your new home, once again Hope & Zoe were always accommodating, knowledgeable and on hand to answer questions. 5 months after reservation I moved in, my house was ready on time and everything was completed. My home is finished to the same high standard as the show home and the wider site team have been brilliant to deal with also including site manager's Adam & Cas, from answering questions to helping set things up.
Overall I’m thrilled with my new home, I love the fact the Asps is located at the edge of town and next to wide open countryside. There’s a great perimeter walk with countryside views. After viewing properties from several other developers, the quality and finish of the homes at Bloor Homes Shrivenham really stood out. When we first visited, we originally came to view a 3-bedroom home, but Jo took the time to understand what we were looking for and also showed us the 4-bedroom option in addition.

Looking back, choosing the 4-bedroom has been one of the best decisions we’ve made, and we’re so grateful she encouraged us to consider it. Jo was fantastic throughout the entire process, her warm, genuine, and welcoming personality made the experience even more special. She really passed “the vibes check” and made us feel valued every step of the way

I have met both Liz and Sophia on these occasions.
