I bought one of the one-up, one-down homes, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. Although it’s a compact home, it has been designed perfectly, with excellent storage that makes the most of every inch of space. It feels much bigger than I expected and is ideal for my needs.

Excellent sales service from initial enquiry through to the sale, Karen and Late were very informative and professional. We requested a part ex on our current property and a fair price was given which we were content with as it enabled us to purchase the house and plot we
wanted. They also offered a contribution towards the stamp duty and covered estate agent fees. It was a seamless process for us and we are looking forward to exchange and completion very shortly.

Jenny and Linda have been absolutely wonderful throughout the process of carrying out the Part exchange of our property. This included information of conveyance companies that fully understand the New Build process, to keeping us informed of every step as we transitioned though the transfer process. Nearly every Question that we asked was answered instantly and if not was shortly replied to when they found out the correct information.
The Site Manager was also very approachable and sorted out any problems that we found as we moved in which were few as the House was built to a high standard and equally decorated.
After moving in all at Bloor homes have continued to be of assistance if required, this had made the moving experience much easier as everyone knows that this can be an exceptionally stressful time.

The team at Evergreen Parade especially Kathy and Andrew were so helpful throughout the journey making the process lovely and remarkable. Bloor homes at Outwood Meadows have been exceptional! This was our first time purchasing a home and Liz, Sophia and Lauren made the process so much more enjoyable!! They were super helpful, answered queries quickly and were always just a phone call away. Also, a huge thank you to Kyle for being really quick with any snagging we needed and getting it sorted without any hassle. We are truly SO grateful to have had them with us on this journey.

If the way Bloor Homes treats the existing community is any indication of how they operate as a business, I would strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere.
I live adjacent to one of their active construction sites, and their on-site working practices are frankly appalling. They currently have heavy excavators moving completely dry earth with absolutely zero dust suppression measures in place—no water spraying, no damping down of stockpiles, and no apparent wheel washing.
As a result, they are generating thick clouds of construction dust that blow directly into neighboring residential properties. It is completely impossible to open our windows or safely use our own gardens because everything gets immediately coated in a thick layer of dirt. It is a severe respiratory hazard, especially for families, and shows a complete failure of their duty of care.
They are openly ignoring basic Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) protocols and are acting in clear breach of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 by causing a statutory nuisance.
If this company shows so little respect for local residents, basic health and safety, and environmental planning laws, I cannot imagine the corners they might be cutting on the actual builds. A deeply unprofessional, inconsiderate, and poorly managed operation. Avoid.

We had a fantastic experience buying our home at Evergreen Parade. We first visited the development in August and completed in March, and the whole process was made so much easier thanks to Kathy.

She kept us updated every step of the way, was always happy to answer our questions, and provided plenty of information throughout the process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her communication was excellent from start to finish.

We are currently looking at buying a new home at Outwood Meadows and Liz and Sophia have been amazing throughout! They have great knowledge of the site and have made sure we have all the information we need so far. We have visited the site several times and have experienced the best customer service each time, we look forward to purchasing our new home with them!

The build quality was fine however Bloor established a residents management company without engaging with residents causing us to be locked into a fleecehold arrangement with a property management company. Bloor will not disclose any contact details for the staff members it put in place on the RMC.

The homes are far too expensive for what you actually get. They buy very cheap land in remote or forested areas, then build overpriced houses on it. The final product doesn’t justify the cost, and buyers should look closely before committing.

We visited Outwood Meadows and the service we received was excellent.

Sophia and Liz are both lovely and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have recently purchased my new Bloor home at Outwood Meadows, Burton-on-Trent, which has a variety of beautifully designed homes and I love mine!
Liz, Sophia & Lauren (Sales Team) were fantastic; so supportive, ensuring the whole process went smoothly. I'm also extremely grateful to the Sales Team for making me aware of the 5% deposit offer on my selected plot which made it possible for me to buy.
Huge thanks also to the Assistant Site Managers, Kyle & Marcus for their after sales support, who have always responded quickly & helpfully to any queries and initial small snags dealt with straight away.
