Although still in the process of selecting and purchasing our home, Nicola at Bloor Weston Mead Grange has been absolutely great in advising and assisting us, providing honest and friendly advice which has helped us considerably. Speaking to her following an initial enquiry was the reason we went back to Bloor. Dealing with Nicola the 2nd time she was patient, clearly knowledgeable and listened to what we want to achieve, and completely avoided the usual “sales pitch”. We sincerely hope when we are ready to purchase we can still deal with her as our representative. So far dealing with Bloor has been a great experience.

We have been really happy with dealing with the Bloors team at Long Lawford, Mandy and Damien answered all of our questions honestly and requests were responded to immediately and with full transparency. This is our first new build purchase, dealing with Bloors at the Brambles was a totally stress free experience.

Our experience of Bloor homes has been exceptional.
The sales team Lucy, Kayleigh and Gina were excellent guiding us through the process of our new home.
They kept us fully updated on our purchase and on the whole chain.
They chased and kept contact with all solicitors making our experience hasle free.
On completion day they kept in contact and handed the keys to our new home as soon as they could.
We we're met with the keys from site manager Alex.
He guided us through the property explaining everything. He answered all our questions and booked another visit to give us time to settle in and raise any issues.
On return we raised a small list of issues with Alex which he noted.
Over the next few days Alex arranged for various trades people to visit and fix the issues to a high standard.
Overall our experience of the Bloor team at Evesham Gate has been exceptional from start to finish. The Property itself is finished to a high standard. I would recommend anyone looking for a new build property to visit Bloor Homes.

We was interested in looking around the bloor homes development at outwoods meadows, we made an appointment with Liz, who has been absolutely amazing. She has helped us find the perfect home and plot for us and has been very informative with all we need to know, especially with being first time buyers!

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience buying my home with Bloor Homes and I’m absolutely in love with the house.

James and Toni in the sales office were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the weekly updates were a great way of keeping informed throughout the buying process. They always kept me in the loop, met every deadline, and even managed to bring my completion date forward when the sale of my previous home completed earlier than expected. They really made what can be a stressful process much easier.

Like most new-build homes, there were a few snagging issues after I moved in. However, Alex, the Site Manager, has been brilliant. He’s been approachable, responsive and proactive in getting everything resolved, and we’re now almost at the end of the snagging process. The site team have been a real credit to Bloor Homes, and I can’t fault the support I’ve received from them.

My only criticisms are aimed at Bloor Homes’ specifications and pricing rather than the staff. The cost of extras is extremely high, and I think things like full-height tiling in the main bathroom, an outside tap and boiler boxing should be included as standard, especially at this price point. I also know people who have bought Bloor Homes properties where some of these features were included, so the inconsistency is disappointing.

The other area that lets the development down is the gardens. I appreciate turf wasn’t included with my plot, but the quality of the gardens generally is disappointing. Much of the turf laid on other plots has struggled in the recent hot weather due to a lack of watering. After spending a considerable amount on extras and now investing in landscaping myself, I think this is an area Bloor Homes could improve.

That said, none of this takes away from how happy I am with my home. The excellent service from James, Toni and Alex has made a real difference, and they all deserve recognition for their professionalism, communication and commitment. They are a real asset to Bloor Homes.

So helpful, efficient and a great experience! Lex and Toni were excellent at communicating with us during the purchasing process and answered all questions we had quickly and thoroughly.

From reservation through to completion, the sales team at Forest View have been fantastic and made the whole buying experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

A special mention goes particularly to Sophie Hall - who's been truly incredible throughout, as well as Alby and Sophie H, who not only all have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, but are also true assets to Bloor Homes as staff members.

Sophie H & Alby kept me regularly updated on the build progress of my property and ensured every question or concern I had was answered honesty and professionally, always with a genuine desire to help and ensure I was completely satisfied.

Following completion, Kieran, one of the Forest View Site Managers, continued the excellent level of service I'd been experiencing. Kieran regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with everything and was always willing to offer advice, even taking the time to explain how I could confidently carry out a few small DIY jobs myself.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Bloor Homes as a developer. Their staff have been outstanding throughout the entire process, and the build quality of my home both looks and feels of high quality. This was also confirmed by an independent professional snagging inspector, who was equally impressed with the standard of work completed.

I bought a home on the outwood meadows estate a year ago now. The house itself is great quality and I’ve hardly had any issues at all. The ones I have raised (only minor) have been dealt with quickly and efficiently (by lyela and Sean) working in the industry myself, it’s nice to see how confident bloors are of their product. So much so, they call now and again to ask if I have any issues, which I think is just amazing customer care! They also follow up after every appointment, checking it all went well.

Honestly the most helpful and kind people that we've had to deal with and made the whole journey and every step we've need to take into making it happen the easiest it could possibly be, especially Lewis at the Somerby view development plot, he has been the biggest help for us, explaining everything we needed to know while also helping us in every way possible so we could choose our home the way we want it. The whole experience so far from Bloor and Lewis especially has been 100/10 from start to the point we are at now which has allowed it all to be smooth and worry free, couldn't ask for a better person to help us through the journey of buying our first home.

As first time buyers it was very daunting looking for a property to buy but Bloor (especially our advisor Lewis) have been amazing throughout the process; made it stress free and went through each step thoroughly (even answering all our silly questions).
Being able to see our house being made and seeing our options come to life has been so surreal.

Myself and my partner purchased our first home at 21 and 22 with Bloor. - Banbury Rise.
Jenny and Linda were excellent with us. After feeling as if different housing companies took us seriously because of our age, Jenny and Linda definitely did.
They phoned us at least once a week to support our decision making, and responded to emails the same day. Typically within an hour!!
When we finally made our decision, Jenny went through our reservation with us and made us feel very comfortable.
Jenny also supported us with picking our options, and explained if it was too expensive she would support us with alternatives.
We never felt pressured and they were always happy to take us to see our home being built.
They were also happy for us to bring varying family members in during the process for support.

We also got to meet Sam - one of the site managers. Who was so helpful and on our first 2 weeks of moving in he visited us at least once a week to see how we were getting on. Unfortunately Sam has now left and we have Alex supporting us and our queries and we have since had paint work being fixed, a couple of new cupboard doors.

Purchased our new Bloor home at On The Green Basingstoke, moving in June 2026. From initial show home views, reservation, selection of options, updates throughout the build until move day, Teigan and team in the sales office were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful, Teigan is extremely knowledgeable a credit to Bloor.
