I visited the New office at Litchfield which was easy to locate and had ample free parking. The office is brand new and looks amazing. Having met Lucy for the first time after a lengthy email exchange she was warm and welcoming and made us feel relaxed about being there. We saw the plans to new development they are building in Spondon, being printed on super large paper it made it easy to see and understand the different phases of the build. We chose a plot we’d like to hopefully have first refusal on from the plan and then got to see a virtual view of the estate on a large touchscreen which was absolutely amazing. It is an amazing feature that really brings you into the New estate without it even being built yet. You can take a virtual reality walk around the estate in a similar fashion to Google Street maps.

There is ample parking, Lucy was very helpful and friendly as well as having a really good knowledge of the development.
There is also a very good virtual view of the plots and houses which I really liked.

We are very happy with the service provided by Bloor Homes regarding our purchase of a new build home. Senior sales advisor Sarah Young has done her best in identifying an ideal house for us, providing us as much information as possible and addressed our concerns. We are also impressed by Sarah updating us the building process of our plot after reservation agreement was signed. Assistant site manager Peter Williams and Sam Ward have been conscientious in fixing the defects identified by our surveyor. Given its build quality and excellent services, I would recommend Bloor Homes to my friends looking for new build homes

Liana at Dawlish View made everything so simple, what I thought would be quite stressful was made informative and a straight forward process.
Liana would send us build updates and keep us well informed with completion date.
We are happy in our new home and look forward to making memories here.

I recently visited the new development monarchs view in Binfield, to view the show homes, it was such a pleasant experience mainly due to the sales team , esp Asia who was so knowledgeable and friendly, and was genuinely invested in my requirements and what wanted from my next home

From my initial visit to Banbury Rise my experience of Bloor Homes has been excellent. Linda and Jenny have provided outstanding customer service - they have worked hard to get everything sorted for my new home and were always on hand to answer questions. They genuinely make you feel like you are being welcomed to the area.
Since buying my house and moving in I have also been impressed with the high level of customer care. From Alex who patiently and expertly took me through the home demo, to Alex R who has been ensuring any snagging is looked after. Everyone has been great. I could not recommend Bloor highly enough. I have heard horror stories from others who have purchased new builds but Bloor go above and beyond to earn their 5 star status.

I have had lots of questions or queries all the way and Beth has answered all with compassion. We had a reservation meeting yesterday and Beth was very thorough.

We recently bought our home at the Marcham Meadows development, and to be completely honest, if it wasn’t for Nicola, I don’t think we would have bought the house at all.

Her attention to detail is simply out of the ordinary. Bloor Homes, please do everything you can to keep people like her—she is an absolute credit to your company!

The house itself was built wonderfully, and we absolutely love it. The few minor things we noticed were so tiny I wouldn't even call them snags, and the support to get everything sorted quickly has been fantastic.

From the very first day of walking into the sales office our experience has been outstanding! I visited Sammi at Hazelton Meadows (Berewood at the time) before the development had even broken any ground, from that moment on we were in constant contact and nothing was to much for her or her team.

Before reserving our perfect plot Sammi’s team managed to arrange for us to see someone’s actual home rather than a showhome as the house type we were looking at only had a showhome on a development over an hour away. We did also have a look around the show homes which are amazing and are good to see the quality that Bloor build but they don’t always allow for actual real life living, seeing someone actually living in the space that we wanted to live in was a fantastic experience and also gave us plenty of ideas for real life storage solutions.

Once we had found our perfect house, on the perfect plot, on our desired developement we arranged the reservation meeting. Again Sammi’s team went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and made it a low stress and really enjoyable experience. After that we had weekly contact with the team and plenty of updates on our plots progress, along with my weekly drivebys to see the progress in real life. After the sales office and show homes were officially opened at Hazelton Meadows we were allowed to view the house through the site fences whenever we could and when the time was right we were allowed to have a good walk around outside, this made it all that much real for us. We were offered a visit inside but due to our own busy schedules this didn’t happen.

As with any new build reviews or Facebook groups we were always expecting a delay to our expected completion date, but even that wasn’t what we were thinking. It ended up only being a little under a month due to service connections which were out of Bloors control. Once all the external issues were sorted we arranged our Demo day with John, this was magical and we were given a full 2 hours inside the house and everything was explained in great detail from the depth of the walls to electrics and appliances etc, no questions we had were made to feel like silly questions and we not once felt rushed.

Once our completion day was confirmed we didn’t quite know what to expect but again Sammi and her team were fab in answering all the questions we had and always had time for my many phone calls. Completion day came around and it was swift, exciting and nerve wrecking all rolled into one! We were expecting the keys phone call later in the afternoon but 10.30 in the morning was perfection. We spent the rest of the day inside the house inspecting everything, we had a few minor snags that once reported to Jamie, Kev and John (site managers) they were sorted within a week. Even the extra ‘stuff’ you have in any house move was arranged to be taken away for free by the site team.

Since being in the house and living in the space I have to say the quality of build is far beyond what we were expecting for a new build. As first time buyers we were nervous that we would be lacking on space and the feel of an older building, but this house is u real! Room size is open but cozy, the kitchen is modern but classic, the bedroom sizes are outstanding and I don’t think I’ve ever slept so good.

The location of the development was the real seller for us being 1 minute from the major link to London, within 2 mins of my elderly parents and home village where I grew up but also a lot more country side feeling compared to the towns we’ve rented in previously.

Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Bloor Homes for their customer care, developement locations but above all the house quality. If we ever move again (highly doubtful) we will definitely be going with bloor again and I will always recommend them to family and friends who want to buy.

We would absolutely recommend Bloor, we love our new home in Hazleton Meadows! Sammi, Elly and Seeta from the sales team were always on hand to advise us throughout the buying process and Kev has done a great job getting our snagging items completed (not that there was much as the house is finished so well!) Best move we've ever made! :)

From the moment I entered the Bloor Homes Development site I was made to feel welcome and there was a warm sense of belonging - so much so that I chose my plot before I left.
I was relocating and the team made every effort to ensure that they could accommodate me and my work schedule to allow me to attend for inspections / checks / progress updates etc.
That level of care did not stop once the contracts were exchanged and any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally.
I would only ever want to buy Bloor again if buying a new home

This was our first experience of buying a new-build home and, overall, it has been a positive one.

We initially dealt with Louise, but after she left, Lewis Coker stepped in. Lewis was polite, professional and very friendly, and he did what he could to help us throughout the transaction and stayed late to give us our keys on completion, along with a celebratory beverage. By that stage, we had more or less decided that we wanted the property, but his approachable manner was still very much appreciated.

A special mention must go to Sonia Jakes, Bloor Homes’ Sales Progressor, who was instrumental in progressing both the purchase of Plot 236 and the sale of our existing property. Sonia was empathetic, responsive and proactive in chasing the various parties involved. We worked very much as a team to bring the transaction together, and her support made a real difference throughout what was sometimes a stressful process.

The only real frustration was the pressure applied by a regional sales manager to complete within six weeks of paying the reservation fee, with the suggestion that our incentives could potentially be removed if this deadline was not met. We later felt this was largely intended to put pressure on the wider chain. In our opinion, the six-week period should begin once a buyer has secured a mortgage offer and formally confirmed that they are proceeding—not from the day the reservation fee is paid. We reserved the property to give ourselves time to establish whether the finances and mortgage were achievable, so completing within six weeks from that point was not especially realistic.

We were told that the development uses OFNL for its broadband infrastructure, although we did not fully understand the implications at the time. It meant we could not transfer our existing EE broadband service and instead had to choose from a restricted panel of providers. There are still some established options available, and we ultimately chose Rocket Fibre, which has been working well so far.

As for the house itself, it is a lovely home in a lovely location. We have only been living here for a week, so it is still early days, but so far, so good. We have identified a few minor snags, although nothing major at this stage. The initial visit from the site manager felt quite brief and could perhaps have been more detailed, but the assistant site manager has been fantastic—helpful, responsive and on hand whenever we have needed support. Thoughtful extras, such as touch-up paint for the walls, have also been appreciated.

Overall, despite some unnecessary pressure around the completion timescale, we are very happy with our new home. The individual support provided by Sonia, Louis and the assistant site manager has been excellent, and we are looking forward to settling into the property.
