Really great service, 2 guys working on the job were punctual, polite, considerate and extremely hard working. Ovidiu who was my first point of contact was extremely accommodating and helpful. All dealings with all staff at BMS were professional and smooth. Would definitely recommend this company for a stress free move!

We had a great experience with BMS for our house move in January. The initial appointment for a quote to be created was arranged quickly, and they were very communicative throughout. The price quoted was very good. On the day the removal team arrived on time, and were very professional, friendly and courteous throughout. We were amazed by how quickly they managed to work to take all of our possessions out of the house, and load it into their lorry. They provided an excellent service to wrap delicate / precious goods eg a large paintings / frames / mirrors. They then unloaded everything neatly into a storage unit for us. Would highly recommend using BMS after this experience, thank you to all the team

From the moment I contacted BMS Transport & Removal, I knew that I was in good hands. The person who I interacted with, Kish, was extremely friendly and professional, and he made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. He gave me a clear and detailed explanation of the moving process and provided me with a competitive quote that was well within my budget.

On the day of the move, his team of three arrived on time and got straight to work. They were incredibly efficient and organized, and they made sure that all of my belongings were carefully packed and loaded onto the truck. They even took the time to disassemble some of my larger items, such as my bed to ensure that they could be moved safely.

Throughout the move, the team were friendly, courteous, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and that my belongings were well taken care of. 3rd time moving with BMS - from the booking call to box collection - they make everything EASY. I was also super pregnant and the moving team was so kind, efficient and helpful.

Started with Kish and a video call to assess our needs and ended with a successful relocation to our new home. All items packed and deconstructed as necessary inc pots and plants. At new location dining table, beds and wardrobe all reconstructed. No breakages. Amazing crew. Even a vase of flowers moved! Friendly, respectful, punctual and calm. Nebil, Nishan, Paul and Norman absolute stars. Thank you all.

BMS Transport provided an excellent service. Siva was really personable and prompt in responding to questions and also provided a competitive quote. I took comfort from BMS also being a BAR member. Raz was incredibly efficient in packing up the contents. On the moving day, Raz, Chip and Johnny were friendly, attentive and very careful with moving items from sofas to plants and glassware. We would not hesitate to use the BMS team again.

Excellent full service provided by BMS. Right from the original quote day to the moving day, they offered professionalism, flexibility, support and value.

BMS really did take the stress out of moving from the moment they took our belongings into storage until they delivered them to us five months later. The initial pick up was on time and professionally completed by two really nice guys. The storage was beyond my wildest dreams. Although I had done the packing myself I was delighted that not only was additional covering added back at the depot , but all my items were delivered in pristine condition.

On delivery date the two guys ( again excellent) set sail from London early in the morning, travelled three hundred miles and arrived bang on time. They placed all my belongings where we wanted and set off on their merry way.

From the initial contact when getting a quote all the way through to delivery everybody I dealt with was highly professional and very pleasant. I would highly recommend BMS.

Can't praise this company enough. The guys on the day went well over and above what we expected. They arrived promptly at 8.30am and were finished by 11.30am - we had a standard 3 bed semi and had self-packed. Our sale went through perfectly so luckily we didn't have any delays to worry about. Earlier reviews have said BMS are expensive but in our case they were cheaper than others!! Well done BMS - would highly recommend you (and have done).
