Great moving home experience - excellent service from packing to move all my stuffs to my new place, thanks to Harry, Kaj and Jan

From start to finish, BMS were faultless. Madona was super helpful in the run up to the day as our move date was constantly delayed. On the day Keith and his team - Cornel, Claude, Cosmin, Reece, Ram and Liviu were just amazing. From the moment they arrived they put my mind at rest that the day would run smoothly. Beds, table and desks were dismantled and rebuilt impeccably. TVs, mirrors and glass units were wrapped amazingly. Everything was packed into the lorry with care and unpacked the other end. They even removed the sofa arms to get them upstairs in the townhouse! 100% recommend them!

From the first video quote, through the packing, transporting and final unloading we have been thoroughly impressed by BMS. Kish was personable, professional and organised and always checked in to see how everything was going. We felt in safe hands. The team handling the removal were absolutely amazing. They were absolute professionals and really put themselves out for us - nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend BMS to anyone - it's been the best experience I've had moving and they really took the stress out of a purchase that wasn't exactly easy. Bravo BMS.

I reached out to BMS on short notice and spoke to Siva. They were fully booked and they managed to find me a time slot.
When Paul, Mark and Reece arrived they were very friendly. They were fantastic disassembled the beds desks etc. Packed everything safely and when we arrived at the new place they made the beds and put everything in the correct rooms.
They were brilliant all round and would highly recommend them

The day of the move went smoothly, and this was down to the incredible team work of the team from BMS. I still cannot believe how efficiently they had moved us out AND got us into our new home, without rushing or damaging our possessions. They made a stressful life event, relaxed and not stressful.

Punctual, polite and very good at what they do

The whole process was seamless and completely stress-free. They came in the morning, packed everything up taking great care of keeping everything well wrapped and boxed, and then delivered everything into the right rooms in the new place. Made the whole moving day much less of a worry or stress, and the team were polite and professional. Definitely recommend using them!

Kish was our contact point and he was always available and very helpful. Alex and his team packed and moved us and I couldn’t fault them. Mark and Paul came to assist pack on day 1. Mark wrapped all my china valuables and as promised it all arrived safe and sound. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them. Thank you BMS transport!
