We spotted a cruise that we liked the look of, departing in November. The information in the brochure was limited, as it was a last minute offer. As the company is open until 9pm, we called Bolsover and their agent couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. She answered every question we had, there was no pressure at all to make the booking, it was all just really great quality customer service. We booked the cruise, and we were more than happy!

Easy to contact by phone. Excellent service from Rose. Knowledgable about the ship and the cabins. Found out what we wanted and suggested the most suitable for our requirements. No pressure, offered to call us back to give us a few minutes to discuss before making final decision.
