Felt like a valued customer
During the whole booking process I was made to feel like a valued customer, which is sadly not a common experience these days with some other booking sites. I never felt rushed to hurry up for example when choosing which cabin was the best price and location, and was given lots of helpful advice and information.

Operators were helpful and cheerful. They always answered questions on emails promptly and made themselves available if I telephoned. Not as knowledgeable as I thought they could be? As part of their training they should experience different cruises paid by Bolsover

As usual dealing with BCC is a pleasure.
As usual dealing with BCC is a pleasure everything is easy and strait forward. Whoever we speak to they are always pleasant and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. When passed to our usual member of staff who we are dealing with, they instantly remember our past conversations and update us on our booking. Having booked cruises with them for over 28 years we would never consider dealing with anyone else.
