I moved to London last year and Bonvila…

I moved to London last year and Bonvila changed my life! I am not far away from Turkish food anymore. They are super fast, products and brands are really quality and I can find whatever I want. Especially, lahmacun, simit and arpa sehriye are my favorite products. Thanks Bonvila, I can feel like at home!

Highly Recommended !

They are one of the warmest company i have ever met. Beside their profuct quality, I can contact them whenever i want, they are helping me with my every occassion. When i want a new product somehow they find it. Especially the taste of Yucca i really love !

Not happy with my last order

Not happy with my last order. All foods were in a large box and some of them were smashed because of the weight. Also there was hair in one of the bakery product so couldn't eat them. Ezine Cheese taste was like its expired but not on the package. Also delivery company left the box to another door without any notice.

DHL must have delivered it next door because no one was home but you are right they should have left a note under your door saying where they dropped it, did you not receive a notification?

The ezine peyniri, I'm assuming you are referring to Sutas? There is still plenty of date on it, we will however let Sutas know about this.

In regards to the hair, which product was it specifically so we can take it up with the supplier.

With respect to the packaging, we try to package it the best way we can, in transit at times the products inside may move around and damage one another. But we can guarantee that we are packaging it the best way we can.

Give us a call on the helpline any time and we can give you a goodwill discount or talk things out :)

I received a substitution which I…

I received a substitution which I wouldn’t be buying under normal circumstances. I was shocked because I chose no substitutions when I was placing my order. What I received was £2 cheaper but I was still charged for the other item.
The same thing happened at my last order and when I complained I received a refund. However I had to keep and pay for the substitutions.

I have received rotten Biber dolma…

I have received rotten Biber dolma (green peppers) in my last order which was supposed to be fresh.
This is not the first time I have had this problem and informed their business account about it.
For the first time I had it, the lady was very helpful and send me another parcel the next day w/o any fuss.
But this time, there is no reply yet after 10 days, they wrote that they are sorry about what I am experiencing.
I am Turkish, Bonvila is my favorite online shop because of its wide range of Turkish brands and supplies.
Please do not send vegetables that are not fresh to your customers, it is really inattentive behavior for an online shop.
