SCAMMERS!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I stupidly tried these chancers again after they messed me about last year, thinking they might have changed.

I sold my phone to them for over £1100 , they received it and sent me a revaluation of £500 claiming I didnt provide correct paper work

I provided proof of contract, proof of identity and proof of home

This company then came back to me 16 times with different revaluations. I said no every time and still after 5 weeks I am waiting for my phone bak

I tried speaking to them via whatsapp but their number is for a VAPE SHOP!!!

Boost Gadgets offered me £736 for an excellent condition S26 Ultra, but I sent a sealed, unused, unlocked S26 Ultra.

When they received my phone, they asked for proof of purchase, how I paid for the phone, and my ID. I sent all three documents.

The next day, they emailed, offering me £400 because their system was showing that there was still some credit remaining on the account.

I rejected the offer, and then they offered me £450. I rejected this offer and replied with my last offer of £700. Then they emailed me back with an offer of £480.

I rejected it again, then they offered me £500. I rejected it again, then I received an email from them again stating:

"Our system is currently showing that there is still an outstanding balance on the device, which means it does not appear to have been fully paid off yet. Because of this, there is a potential risk that the device could be restricted, blocked, or otherwise affected in the future if the remaining balance is not settled."

I replied to them, stating my phone was fully paid with no balance left and my last price was £700.

Then they sent me a last and final offer of £650. I then sent an offer of £675, but they said £660. I accepted this because there was too much messing about. All of this took about two weeks. I was going on holiday and had no more time to argue, so I ended up selling my phone for £660.

They transferred the money. All done.

Then, five minutes later, they emailed me again:

"Payment has now been completed for you. We would appreciate a review from you, and as a thank you, we will transfer an additional £5. If you wish to do so, please send a screenshot of the review, and we will transfer the additional £5."

I replied, "What do you want me to write a review after all this?"

No reply since then.

Scam company do not use I refused the offers they gave to me and asked for my phone to be returned then they forwarded me emails saying my phone is blacklisted and was blacklisted on the 02/01/2026 I didn’t even have the phone on that date it was sent from ee Do not use this company still refusing to return my device

I wouldn't bother sending your tech to this useless company, none of the staff know what they're doing.

I sent my item away and was quoted £270 of it. upon arrival i had to chase multiple times in order to get my full evaluation, i was then asked to provide extensive amounts of documentation which i was NOT told about. I was then offered £80 for my item!

I had to negotiate up to £200, then was told they'd usually only accept up to £150 for that item however the website says £270!

After having to threaten my rights as a customer they accepted £200 and i was told the payment would be instant. News flash it wasn't!

I waited 2 days for payment after chasing twice.

This company is the biggest load of false advertisement EVER. They don't pay on time and their evaluations online are a load of RUBBISH.

Also the customer service from Jagz the supposed manager was extremely unprofessional.

I'm extremely upset with this service. People are better off going to CEX!!!

Disappointed and disgusted by the service. Have had my phone 5 days, quoted me a lower figure than originally said. 5 days in and still no payment. They are not responding to calls, texts or emails.

Although money said it would be in my bank same day it took 3 days and recieved less than original quote as phone was still on contract. Think this should be stated when filling in the form.

Easy to send my device to and once received and processed the communication was excellent. Unfortunately the offer was below the original because of issues I wasn't aware of with the device (despite me classifying it as broken due to screen scratches and cracks), however they were willing to negotiate and we reached a price we were both satisfied with.
