Outstanding customer service
The agent assisted me with any problems or concerns I had , and was patient in helping me with identity verifications and phone number recovery and ordering a new card. Overall the agent provided an outstanding customer service experience for me.

Branch App Sucks
This app sucks. They take your pay n give you want they think you deserve. I need all my money when I clock out not half of it so I’m getting rid of this Branch app one way the other other because it doesn’t serve a great purpose please people do not use the Branch app if you work in the Flex app find some other car to use cause this card sucks. It will give you only a portion of your money. You have to wait a week later to get your other half of money I work too hard for my money.

There is no way to speak to anyone on the team that handles verifying a person, when your account gets locked there's no one to help you.
