The person in charge of our case was very helpful and patient with us and she got the job done to our satisfaction and benefit. The only drawback was that there were too many people dealing with our case and this slowed down the process but overall it was a positive outcome!

BRM legal were allocated solicitors on behalf of a mortgage company. Initially things were fine. There were a series of steps outlined on an email that they should follow. These never materialised. Getting hold of BRM legal was very difficult as I think some employees possibly work overseas in different time zones. Then they lost our original marriage certificate. This was recovered eventually. Just as we were about to pull out due to terrible service, they suddenly hurried and things went through. I wouldn’t choose these guys again.
