Absolutely fantastic company, excellent customer service, always an easy pleasant experience

Don’t expect a good service from this company. I used burts online 4 years ago and had no issues. That’s until I tried to order with them in 2025. Shocking customer service. Tried ordering 4 samples online waited a week and only received 1 out of the 4. So I sent an email requesting some samples. Explained that I was in a rush to get them and would happy pay for next day delivery or would put down a deposit to show how I was to going to purchase from them. 2 weeks later and still no samples, either the staff are incompetent or the quality is just not as good as before it’s either one. There’s nothing wrong with my mail delivery so it’s definitely their end really disappointed.

Great communication, all so easy, I ordered samples on line and carpets by phone, easy, no hassle, picked phone up, dealt with human direct on query without pressing 1 2 3 4 5 ~.... order placed and carpet delivered within 3 days.....fab carpet and great delivery, great service and super quick...would highly recommend 5* Burts online and phone :)

Great website easy to view and good selection.
Order at 3pm and was on its way the next day . Telephoned to say delivery would be next day between 8 and 5 and arrived about 10.45. Delivered to my hall no problems ands the quality is fabulous very impressed 5*.

Vinyl arrived promptly. Good updates regarding delivery time.

Product good. DX delivery not so good. Was informed delivery on Monday 30th June between 0700....1800. Waited in all day. Item didn't arrive. No prior notification to inform me thai it wouldn't be delivered on that day. Item arrived on Tuesday 1st July.

Good value product/ fantastic dispatch time but delivery was delayed with no communication. The delivery companY informed me the item was out for delivery between 6am - 7pm but didn’t arrive until 3pm the following day so 2 days off work waiting in an empty property after paying £40 for delivery Not burts fault but a better courier with up to date tracking would improve the whole experience

What a pity the delivery company has completely let Burts down, turning a great performance from Burts into a disaster, with the delivery not made on the date they said and no one answering the phone.

Excellent service, what an amazing experience, never bought carpets online before, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone talked me through what I had to do, I ordered Wednesday lunchtime, carpets delivered Friday morning, brilliant service, what a great company to deal with, would use again and recommend.

Absolutely Thrilled – Exceeded Expectations!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I ordered carpet from this company after being drawn in by their unbeatable prices, seriously, I couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. I expected great value, but what I received completely surpassed that.

To my surprise, the delivery included nearly half a metre more than I ordered! In a world where most companies give you exactly what you pay for (or sometimes less), this was a fantastic and unexpected bonus.

The carpet itself is high-quality, beautifully finished, and was delivered on time with zero hassle. If you're on the fence about where to buy, don't hesitate, great prices, generous service, and a company that clearly cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I bought a carpet remnant and some underlay.

When the delivery came, it was only the underlay not the carpet, so I had to contact Burts to find out what had happened. They were very helpful and responsive chasing the courier company, and the carpet was delivered a couple of days later.

Overall, in spite of this glitch, I'm happy with the quality and price of the carpet and the customer service was very good.
