Sadly, after using Busseys for over 30 years I have to say that on this occasion I received very poor customer service. My car failed to start on my new Puma after 1 year 4 months. I called the AA who confirmed that the battery was dead and said that the warranty should cover this and they would get the car going so that I could get it to the garage. I called Whiffler Road and was told I could book my car in for the next available appointment in three weeks on 21 April. I was not happy with this response and was put through to another person who confirmed that I could drop the car off at Whiffler and they would fit it in when they could but couldn’t say it it would be looked at before 21 April. When I asked why this was so I was told that if I was a customer who had booked in for a service would I be happy if my service was cancelled in order to book in someone else in for their issue? This comment was totally inappropriate and I cut the call as I was livid. In the meantime the AA had to leave for another call-out and my husband switched off the engine. Surely there should be some provision for emergency issues? We then had to call the AA again and pay for a second call-out, as it is classed as the same issue, and pay for a new battery, as I’m not in a position to be without transport. The replacement of the battery took 14 minutes!! I called later to ask the salesman who sold me the car if I should have had some kind of warning that the battery was failing as I received alerts for everything from seatbelts to speed cameras and this was definitely fundamental to the operating of a car? I did not receive a satisfactory answer but was asked when I had last used the car and had I left a light on etc. Again inappropriate!

Brandon was knowledgeable and listened to what we needed, no high pressure and understood what we wanted and needed.
Original visit was on Saturday with collection made available today (Wednesday). Car has been fully prepped and valeted.
Overall a great experience and I would totally recommend both Busseys and Brandon. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I have used Brussels at Attleborough for a number of years now to service my car always found them excellent. This time when I went a Ford Explorer EV car took my eye . I asked to look at it and found it was for sale. Went back had a very informative test drive with John and decided to buy. All paper work done with ease. I picked my new car one week later. John was very thorough and took his time with me to explain various things and answering my questions . John rang me a few days later and asked how I was getting on we had a very pleasant chat I found my experience more than satisfactory and would not hesitate to go back.

We first met Jon and Steve at the Ernest Doe Show early February 2026. We've been reading up and following the Ineos Grenadier for a long time now. We are original Defender owners. The Grenadier really got our attention.
Jon took us both out on a test drive whilst at the show. We then visited the showroom in Attleborough a few weeks later. To see so many different models of Grenadiers on arrival was great, and encouraging. We spent several hours talking, looking and test driving the different models. Jon was very friendly, helpful and there was no sales pressure at any time which we liked. Once we decided on the Black Edition, Jon set the wheels in motion. He would telephone to keep us updated, deal with our enquiries, and would email details through as and when needed. We picked up our brand new Black Edition on Friday. Despite being very busy when we arrived Jon apologized as he was helping another customer but then he gave us his undivided attention going through the papers, looking over the car, advising what to do, and setting things up.
The Black Edition just ticked all the boxes for us.
The ride home back to Essex was great. The car drove lovely, was comfortable, quiet and turned a few heads when we got back to our village.
We found the whole experience of buying our new car great. Jon was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient without putting any pressure on us.

Steve let me drive from the garage on his test route then my wife and I test drove the vehicles ourselves . I have to say the staff were amazing , the way it should be - no pressure selling . I went away thanking Jon and now pondering what to do , I’ve been a landrover man for over 50 years The grenadier ticks most of the boxes 👍Bob Cave

I had a problem with a side reflector on my Peugeot 2008 which I have serviced/MOT at Busseys, Hall Road and the Parts/Service Manager was extremely helpful. He not only helped me identify the necessary part but as a courtesy fitted the new replacement free of charge. It was a fiddly job, well beyond my capabilities and I'm really grateful to him for his professionalism and fantastic customer service.
