If I could give less than one star I would. Total scam. Non delivery and when you email, get politely worded please be patient. Tracking Number says it has been stuck in Brisbane since 21st January, but tracking number only gets so far then nothing. Contacting them when I saw the "closing down sale" I wrote for immediate refund but no reply except email generation that this email has been stuck in queue for 72 hours. Thank God I paid with PayPal but am furious with low life people scamming those of us who work hard. Have noticed the difference now with similiar website called just "LUNAS" as opposed to 'BY LUNAS"

Absolute scam site. Says it's orthotic shoes, says high quality leather- what actually arrives from a random Hong Kong address is PVC rubbish that smells so badly of chemicals, in a tatty plastic bag with no labels or boxes. The shoes I ordered are also too small and not orthotic. The comapny advertise that they'll refund within 30 days of there's an issue but then refuse to accept returns and offer to send more rubbish before cutting off the conversation. everything about their site is a fraudulent scam. Please avoid !

Went and dropped $359 or supposed orthotic shoes and sandals. Advertised as an Australian business so bought 6 pairs of shoes. I emailed them when I first noticed that they directed me to a shipping number that didn't direct me to Australia post. I emailed them asking about assurances of quality to which they politely deflected the conversation. Fast forward two and a bit weeks. I have the shoes which came in the white bag of doom. They weren't orthotic at all. They quality if beyond poor. The shoes weren't boxed. One pair arrived dirty and not even in plastic packaging. Have submitted a report to the ACCC.

Absolutely love my Byluna Sandals.I was looking for something simple yet stylish and comfortable for everyday wear, and these exceeded my expectations. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY!
The shoes are Chinese rubbish. I bought 5 pairs, believing the advertising, and they are incorrectly sized, uncomfortable and unwearable. When I contacted them, they did not want the shoes returned but said they would replace them all with bigger sizing at the cost of $25 each. So I paid $25 for one more pair which still do not fit and are ugly. The advertising is all lies. All shoes have been donated to charity and I have wasted $225.00.

Bought sandals and when they didn’t fit I wanted my money back. Refused to refund. Don’t buy from these people.

This company is an overseas company
The shoes were poor quality, smelt strongly of plastic.
Multiple emails were sent to this company asking for a refund and they would not refund (as stated) on their website because the product was on sale.
All items are on sale on the website.
My mother paid for a product…poor quality and not “orthopaedic” as advertised.
….i DO not recommend.

False advertising! this is not an Australian mother and daughter team. The product quality is absolute shiiiiit! Horrendous fake leather shoes, not orthotic souls as picturd, and the tops are synthetic, scratchy, misshapen and terrible. Returns policy is questionable as their website does not have a return address. Shipping was very slow direct from China. Do not buy from them!

Absolute rubbish !!!.... nothing remotely like the sandal featured ! ... a polystyene surprise that was ugly thin and would not have lasted a day ! .... horribly nasty !!!!

Shoes a very low quality, certainly not as advertised. Only received 3 of the 4 pairs ordered. Company refused a refund.

I should have read reviews before I wasted my money on an allegedly orthopaedic pair of sandals. Whilst they look like the picture, they are def not orthopaedic. The soles are rock hard and there is no give at all in the uppers

Paid $ 50 for a pair what is worth $ 11 if you buy from Temu .It's not what they advertised don't buy from them it's a scam.

They sent the wrong size, misrepresented as Australian Company, slow to despatch, ordered 3 pairs on 9 Aug, received 26 Aug, emailed immediately when received and was told they would send me 1 replacement pair for free if I paid shipping, cost of order $163.20 AUD, shipping cost to replace was quoted as $75-$105.

Do not touch this company. They write up their shoe quality to be amazing. I fell for it. Orthopaedic quality arch support. I really need arch support. Because they have aussie flags and advertise Cairns Queensland silly me. Luckily I only pay through Pay pal so received full refund. Nothing like advertised also sent wrong size.

Very low quality, overpriced sandals. Advertised as "thick orthopedic sandals" but insoles are hard as a rock and not much arch support. Soles are of hard, slippery polymer. Nothing like the photo on their website. When opening the bag directly from China, a plume of toxic chemicals was admitted. I've purchased flip flops of better quality. Shipping label valued product as $5.00; I paid $59.00 for this awful product. Luna Australia won't give me a refund as they say it is a 'sale' product (so what is the retail price) but offered me a complimentary item. Why would I want anything else from this company?!

I brought 2 pairs of sandals, one pair was supposed to be leather, they aren't and another cloth type. The buckles on the 1st pair broke when I first put them on! The price I paid for both was a little over $50 each, I could have bought really good quality shoes/sandals for the same price! Totally disappointed, DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!!!!!!!

Bought a pair of sandals.
Took them away on a 6 week holiday. After one day,( 1 day!!!), the plastic heel had squashed down lopsided on each shoe, making my feet and hips sore, my feet blistered.
The only good thing about these shoes was that I paid 50%, but that was still overpriced, seeing as they had to go in the bin after 1 day!
I then went to a Moroccan Kmart style store,bought $16 sandals which were a real dream to wear.
My sister was with me, and had the same experience with hers. Not an isolated experience.
Do not buy from this company!

This place is fake! It is not Australian, it is based in Hong Kong and has nothing to do with a family closing its doors. The quality of the footwear is the same as that from Temu but the price is exorbitant. The shoes and boots I purchased are not leather but synthetic. All size 38 but the sandals were too large and the boots too small! They say the items are on a massive sale but that is false! They are overpriced. I need to speak to Ombudsman about this company.

I wanted a basic, durable pair of sandals and the Stardust model first the bill. They are simple, comfortable, and seem like they will last
