Customer service is saving grace
I am always happy with customer service at Cafepod, and with the coffees that I order regularly. I always struggle to give 5* due to the need to chase for offers not systematically available to subscription customers

Won’t leave home without cafepods fix
I’ve been buying cafe pod pods Brunch blend for my husband and supercharger expresso for me. I find there the right strength and flavour. Indeed when I went to Australia for three months the first thing packed was cafe pod coffee pods.
Won’t leave home without them. I’ve tried to buy other pods but nothing suits like cafe pod coffee. The only issue I have is navigating the site, not an issue as the guys at cafe pod take calls and emails to sort me out my fix. Thanks cafe pod and happy birthday cafepods!

Pod coffee that offers a very similar result to freshly ground.
The decaf pods are my wife’s favourites by far and have entered into a subscription plan as a result.
