Disapointing experience with Cala customer service. If you are going to buy a house from them record every conversation with the sales representatives as they won't fulfil the promises made to secure a sale if they are not recorded or written down. I made the mistake of believing what the sales guy offered and now it's not accepted by Cala. They really don't care about their customers after making a sale.

I bought a property at the Wintringham development. Marius has been to my property several times to inspect and fix various snags, and he has been truly excellent. Extremely professional, careful and thorough - I always know that if Marius had been assigned to the job he’ll get it done properly. Thank you for making the post-completion process as smooth as possible!

Martin Hales and Chris Denny come to redo the sealant and paint repair job today. They inspect carefully and do the work professionally. Great job.

Cala’s customer care, painting and decorators provide an excellent service. Had a couple of appointments booked in with George Fisher. He was always on time, professional, worked to a high standard and left no mess. Worked with a smile on his face too which is always nice when you have coming into your home 👍

From start to finish Cala were a dream to deal with, in particular Ellis and Gillian at Weathers Brae in Kirkintilloch. Would highly recommend a Cala Property.

Becki & Jo, Sales Consultants at Cala Homes, Knightwood Chase, Fordingbridge were our first point of contact when looking at purchasing our new home. We were made to feel at ease and not pressurised in anyway. Their approach was very professional & knowledgeable.
Nothing was too much trouble. They ensured we were kept up to date with the progression of our new home.

We had a lot of interaction with Kerry Hall who is based in Winchester. Kerry was very knowledgeable & professional with advising us with solutions. Her counsel was very much appreciated.

Once we moved into our house the after sale care is excellent and our interaction with Julia, Miles & Dave has been brilliant.

The Builders are very polite and friendly.

All the staff we have interacted with are a credit to Cala Homes.

Loving our new home in Jackton and the sales team were superb dealing with everything from enquiry to completion. Since moving in the snagging work has been completed promptly and by an impressive array of courteous tradespeople. The customer care team have been most helpful with special mention to Stephanie who has really impressed with her prompt reaction to any concerns and has never failed to respond either by email or telephone.

My husband and I recently bought our first new build at Cedar Brae via part exchange. We would like to feedback as regards the excellent service and support given to us by the team; Sarah, Laurence, Nikki and Scott were fantastic. They were professional, approachable and made what could’ve been a stressful experience far, far easier. Five stars all round 🙂

Eric is an outstanding cala employee.
He came to.me he was very polite and explained everything what he was going to do. His work is very clean.

Just paid a reservation fee for a house on the Wimbourne site. Our experience to date has been excellent. Sales staff very patient, attentive and helpful. Bryony, Becky and then Charlie in the sales site office. I hope the after sales is as good. Let’s see

We have recently moved into our new home in the Weavers Brae development in Kirkintilloch. At our first appointment with Cala we were introduced to Gillian Cochrane, one of the sales consultants at Weavers Brae. Gillian became our primary point of contact from then till the day that we received our keys. Gillian was brilliant in guiding us through the entire process of buying with Cala. She was friendly, extremely knowledgable and more than happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how daft they may have been.

She always had plenty of time for us and we never felt rushed, whether this was at our initial appointment or selecting the finishes for our home. She provided us with regular updates as our plot progressed and although we have now been passed to Site Management she has made it clear that she is still readily available to help us with anything that she can. Overall her customer service has been brilliant.

Lisa and Emma have been brilliant - they could not be more helpful in guiding me through my first new build/off plan purchase and have great tips to make things smoother as we get closer to handover. Thank you so much, Ladies - I look forward to working towards my new home with you both. K xx

Despite an extremely frustrating experience with Cala customer service, I would just like to thank Chris Denny for his help and expertise. His standard of work is brilliant as well as his attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I am having to write yet another review to get a decent response from your customer services manager. I would appreciate a response from jenni. You told us you would put instalation into the front of our house. We have asked multiple times when and you have ignored us. Also you have ordered a door seal which is yet to appear. These issues are nearly 2 years ago.
We now have a car charger with no electric. Again backwards and forwards about who is responsible.
Please sort this out

This is what we get everytime that someone is sorting it when actually nothing gets done. You just fob people off and ignore emails or say the same thing.

Tiles falling from roof in normal weather conditions. Response from Cala first ok - roofer will contact - however, after several days nothing. Chased and been told the roofer has 7days to contact and it’s summer holidays so may take longer. What, are we at school?!
Well, my children are not and are playing in the garden where said tiles have fallen, so that’s reassuring…
Apparently also jot the only house in the area. Charming - wouldn’t expect anything more from Cala by now sadly.

Today I had my front door repaired by Martin Hales, he was brilliant, turned up on time, so professional, and polite. His attention to detail was meticulous.My front door looks brand new.

We purchased a 3-bed property from Cala Homes at Finchwood Park - The Ridge. We mainly dealt with Sam who was fantastic from start to finish with her customer service. We were kept up to date constantly from her with regards to the transaction and build. We completed on-time and the house was handed over in a good condition. Few snags but as expected with a new build. Site team are pleasant and always happy to help. Only negatives were the standard of the home demo (which was promptly addressed by Cala) and front garden not completed for completion day. Snags are being worked through as quickly as they can.

Service / sales team, the builders and for building an outstanding home. Laurence and Sarah were phenomenal going through the full process with me step by step. I opted for part exchange and it saved sooooo much stress and money! They definitely deserve their 5 star rating I honestly can’t fault them. Thank you for my forever home!
