Just want to say how lovley Liz is at Wimborne. Popped in on the off chance and was greeted by the lovley smiley Liz. Liz answered all my questions in a friendly professional manner. I will be definitely be back to see Liz by appointment very soon. :-)

I’ve not long moved into my Cala home and what a fantastic experience. Rosanna & Fras made the whole process smooth, friendly and stress free! Gordon the assistant site manager has carried the batton of great customer service from Cala. I would highly recommend a Cala home!

The painter arrived on time and prepped the house very well and quickly for the job that day.
George is a great guy and very helpful in helping us get the house professionally painted and cleaned up to the standard of it’s level.

I have had an incredible experience with the entire team at Cala Edmund Park. From my initial appointment to see the beautiful showhomes, to the final arrangement of part exchange and completion, I have felt truly supported throughout the process.
The quality of the customer service has been outstanding and this has continued post completion, once I have started residing in my new home. The whole site team seem to be on hand for anything and everything is done with a smile on their faces - I could not be more happy.
Central to that great service has been the Cala agent Jo Foskett, who has been absolutely incredible this whole time. She has been fantastic at keeping me regularly updated with all matters relating to my home and always going the extra mile, even where it is not requested, such as helping with deliveries, watering my garden and so much more besides.
Always with a smile on her face, it feels like I have a Cala friend on site to go and share my experiences with and who will always do her best to support. Thank you for all you have done.
I must also mention Cristi, the Site Manager, who is a consummate professional and dedicated to providing great aftercare. You can immediately tell how much pride he takes in his work and this seems to have passed onto his entire team who are all just as dedicated. Thank you.
To summarise, a fantastic experience so far with the Cala team at Edmund Park and I look forward to seeing the final end result, which I see already has lots of care and attention being made with it.

Himley Village Bicester, Cala Homes, is where we brought a lovely 4 bedroom detached house. We were very happy with the overall service but especially with Ahmed (assistant site manager) who was brilliant with any issues we had and communicated effectively and promptly. Patient and attentive. Also, Simon (painter) was excellent is correcting some defaults and Ben (electrician) who was great too ! The team in Sales were brilliant too. Many thanks for everything.

This is a review only for George Fisher and Paul, both painters and just fab all round guys! Trustworthy and do a great job!!

I can’t say the rest of the experience has been 5* but they have helped a long with Vicky in customer care, Stephen Cusomer Care manager and Cameron!

We haven't bought a property! But, this review is simply just to highlight the incredible customer service we received from Sophie Locke at The Glades At Mindenhurst (Deepcut).
We first visited in early March 2026 to veiw an Evergreen (3 bed detached). We tried the purchase via Part Exchange, unfortunately, things didn't quite line up at the time on both sides. But, Sophie had clear, knowledgeable, constant knowledge and advice throughout.

Our second visit to The Glades was this month (July 2026) again Sophie talked us through absolutely everything! From a very welcoming full guided tour of the show home, a detailed demonstration of the finishes and fitting options available, all with elegant confidence and capability throughout our scheduled appointment.
I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone wishing to buy a property at Deepcut, and for her excellent customer service to be acknowledged.

Overall a positive experience with Cala. The sales team were great prior to purchase and the customer care team have been very prompt with addressing snags. Wouldn't hesitate to buy a Cala home again.

Vickie and Emma were so helpful with the entire process from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

We recently completed on our new home at Aurs Meadows, and Rossana and Fraz made the whole process easy. They were quick to reply to our questions, whether it was about kitchen finishes or scheduling, and kept us updated as the build progressed.

They were also flexible when we needed to move our home demonstration around our holiday dates, and made sure we felt ready before moving in. Even after completion, they’ve kept checking in to see how we’re settling in and told us to reach out if anything comes up.

Really appreciated their help throughout. Would recommend the Aurs Meadows team to anyone buying a Cala home.

Our experience with Cala has been extremely disappointing. We spent a week waiting for their part‑exchange offer, only to be met with poor communication and withdrawn incentives.

Cala originally advertised a 5% deposit contribution on the Plot we wanted to reserve, with no indication that it couldn't be used alongside part‑exchange. When we challenged this, we were pointed to their Terms and Conditions which acknowledges that these are different things entirely: the part-exchange is a "Purchase Scheme" and the deposit contribution is a "Plot and Development Specific Incentive". There is nothing to state these cannot be used in conjunction.

After raising concerns about this, Cala has strangely removed all mention of the 5% deposit contribution from their website for this Plot. This only reinforces how misleading the advertising felt and raises serious questions about transparency. I have screenshots showing the same page before and after our conversations; check my Google review for this evidence.

We ultimately withdrew from the purchase and are considering reporting Cala to the Consumer Code for Home Builders (Trading Standards). Based on our experience, we would urge others to be cautious.

We had Martin Hales doing repairs in out top room. He fixed all the cracks and did an impeccable job. Martin is experienced and I am very impressed with the quality of his job. Thank you.

Ellis and Gillian have been so helpful and supportive throughout the entire reservation process. They have been so super efficient and always on hand to answer any questions. It’s lovely going into the Weavers Brae office!

My husband and I had a very positive experience when we visited Cala Homes Worting Park, Basingstoke at the start of July 2026.
We were welcomed by David who took time to understand what we were looking for, carefully explained what was on offer and our options. He went on to give us a tour of the properties available including the surrounding. We went away feeling like we had found a potential home. We've had an amazing experience buying our new home at Cala's Mansefield Lea development, and I wanted to share why it's stood out so much.
From the start, the team went well beyond the basics of a good sale. They worked hard to get us the best possible deal, and have been genuinely flexible and understanding around our timeline as we juggle selling our own home alongside the purchase — nothing has felt rushed or forced, and we've always felt supported rather than pressured.
The quality of the homes themselves looks outstanding — thoughtful finishes, solid build quality, and real attention to detail throughout. But what's really made the difference so far is the people: consistently friendly, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile at every stage.
We're due to move in late September and couldn't be more excited — we'd highly recommend Cala, and the Mansefield Lea team in particular, to anyone considering their next move.

Disapointing experience with Cala customer service. If you are going to buy a house from them record every conversation with the sales representatives as they won't fulfil the promises made to secure a sale if they are not recorded or written down. I made the mistake of believing what the sales guy offered and now it's not accepted by Cala. They really don't care about their customers after making a sale.

I bought a property at the Wintringham development. Marius has been to my property several times to inspect and fix various snags, and he has been truly excellent. Extremely professional, careful and thorough - I always know that if Marius had been assigned to the job he’ll get it done properly.
