I enjoyed this training because it’s so…
I enjoyed this training because it’s so interesting and useful and it covers all the needs as a health care worker. It also taught me so many important lessons that I didn’t had before like dealing with old aged people, child, and emergency medical needs. It also covers al the Dos and DON’T which allow us to be extra careful and avoid problem while dealing with different kinds of patients. And evens the staff is so nice and am so glad to attend this training.

Easy to access and the notes and videos so useful.
Social work level 7 diploma studying online was easy for me alot of courses provided so helpful in everyday handling health and social work in caring environment, alot of knowledge in safeguarding, confidence and dealing with anxiety at work. What made my experience great was the clear structure of the course, user-friendly platform, and practical content that I could immediately apply. The modules were easy to follow.
What your company is doing well is delivering accessible, high-quality training with efficient support. I especially value how responsive your team was in resolving my certificate issue, this shows you genuinely care about learner experience.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to ensure that the certificate generation system pulls the correct name directly from the account profile, to avoid similar issues in the future.

I can highly recommend the Paediatric course
I have been in child care for 43 years and for all this time my training certificates have been up to date. I have used various companies to do this. I am impressed with this company and managed to complete the course without any major issues.
I did have issues trying to log on in the beginning and I found customer services on the phone were extremely helpful and responsive. I can highly recommend.
