Fake,scaaaam
This is just a fake service I have purchased the course last Saturday since then the course is not available in dashboard I called many times they just keep forwarding me to the answer machine , I left many voice messages. I tried to chat through the chatbot, no answer and they keep telling that they would send me an email replying to my request no one is getting back to me. I cannot get through anything they took 30 pounds it's just a fake website it's my first time to try them but it's really a fake website I can provide the screen shots

In my opinion would be better to include the certificate instead of paying additional charges to obtain the certificate.
Most agencies do not charge because should come with course when fully completed.

Needs improvement…
I was initially disappointed that there was no free certificate provided upon completion of the Level 3 course unless payment was made. I believe there should at least be a basic transcript available.
The instructions for downloading the certificate were also unclear. The Q&A section stated that the certificate could be downloaded instantly once payment was successful, but I could not find any option to do so — neither in the email confirmation nor on the dashboard, where it still showed ‘0’ available under ‘Certificate and Transcript’.
However, I later received a follow-up email from the team who proactively reached out to help resolve the issue, and I really appreciate their support. Thank you!

I was very annoyed to discover the extra costs of a digital and or printed certificate though
