Great experiences with Car Leasing Made Simple
I used CLMS 4 years ago for a car lease. They were the best price around then and had the best price that I could find 4 years later. This time I have dealt with 3 officials and all have been very helpful and professional arranging the car lease and answering any questions I had. The car was delivered on time and I am very pleased with it. At the same time another team within CLMS who managed my 3yr lease from Feb 2023 and arranged the inspection and pickup of the old car have been equally as helpful.

A satisfying experience (mostly)
Overall a pleasant experience with some nice, friendly voices at the end of the phone. Some important communication at times I felt could be improved and took a fair bit of patience.
That said, I received the vehicle on time and a small niggly after sales query was dealt with promptly. So I would use again, plus also recommend to others. Most leasing companies I have dealt with follow a similar trend in that the service levels tend to drop a bit once you've committed to an order so it would be unfair to single these guys out on this.

Having a single point of contact is great and Louise was brilliant she answered all my questions and if she was not sure she told me honestly and then went away and came back later with the correct answer. The service has been brilliant and the communication second to none.

Good to start with but...
Company were very responsive whilst placing the order but regular updates were not forthcoming with details of delivery. I always had to contact them.
My EV was delivered 1st April 2026 but came without the important mechanical key which is required in emergency to access the car if the 12v battery fails or anything goes wrong with the electrical system.
Due to this I have had to restrict my journeys to local/short trips as I could end up being stranded and needing to be towed home.
I appreciate this is not directly their fault but they are the people I ordered the car through and the ones I have to communicate with as I have not idea who the dealer is that provided the car.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay in receiving your mechanical key.
Unfortunately, this issue arose due to circumstances outside of our control. As the vehicle was registered directly to your funder, they were the legal registered owner and keeper.
This meant the dealership was unable to order a replacement mechanical key until the V5 document had been received by the funder. We fully appreciate how inconvenient this was, but legally the dealership could not proceed until the document was received by your funder a permission granted to order the key
We have been in regular contact with the supplying dealership throughout, and we received confirmation today that the replacement key has now arrived with them. They will be posting it directly to you.
As this vehicle was supplied under Fleet Terms, we are unable to provide the dealership’s direct details, but we have continued to liaise with them on your behalf to ensure this was resolved as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for your patience, and I’m pleased that the key is now on its way to you. If there is anything further you need, we’re here to help.

Initial email details and calls we straightforward. I needed the car asap and this was assured that it could be donw within a week after the finance documents were signed. I was not told this was from the dealship side, so there was a 2 week delay in getting the vehicle.
I was initally dealing with Bhav and he was kind, courteous and infromed, leading me through the process well.
I needed additional help and spoke to Vicky who was amazing, calling a contact at the dealership and getting things moving fast - thank you.
Overall 4/5 - Great company, easy to deal with - only feedback would be try and be clear on when the cooling off period is in relation to the process. Would highly recommend in the future.
