Safe way to make formula bottles
Spoke to Begonia in regards to making bottles with formula, since my sons birth we have seen 2 midwives and a health visitor all giving different ways we should be making the feeds causing us confusion. After clarification with Begonia at C&G we shall make the feeds as we have been advised today. Speedy, helpful, kind and detailed WhatsApp service. Very good experience

Help switching to follow on milk
We were switching from first milk to follow on milk which we use in conjunction with breastfeeding. We contacted customer services to help us with the transition and making sure we got the quantities and powder/ water ratios correct. We spoke to Leanne who was incredibly helpful and very supportive of breastfeeding too.
