Vitamin C query
As a first time mum, you have a lot of queries and one of them is when to start giving vitamin C as I got confused since I hive less powdered milk and top it up with cow’s milk.

Horrible gas pain!
I gave cow & gate first infant milk to my newborn for a few weeks and I regret it. It gave him a lot of gas pain and he suffered from constipation. During and after feeds, he would arch his back in pain and you could literally hear the wind gurgling in his stomach as he writhed around in discomfort. I do not recommend this milk. It's heavy on the stomach, difficult to digest and it caused a world of digestive problems for my baby. When we changed to a different formula, his gas and constipation went away immediately.
