They rang me for renewal, I was with them last 2 years than l sold my vehicle, l asked for my statement of no claim bonus than put me different department they said there is no record about me , l don’t know maybe l ring company who insured me not Chill broker again.

Paid my deposit for renewal on 12th of August, no contact from Chill or finance company, spent over an hour on two calls trying to reach the finance department on the 18th, to be told firstly I hadn't paid it then the second time to be told it was sorted, eventually had contact from the finance company saying the renewal amount is 400 euros more than Chill quoted!! And that's before the intrest is added. Altogether over 500 euro more than the actual quote!!!? Been a repeat customer for years but this is ridiculous.

In the last 2 days I have had 2 seperate phone call interactions with Chill staff & 3 email interactions.

Yesterday I received friendly helpful support over the phone from Taylor, and today I received exceptionally proactive & helpful support from Hannah. Both were followed up with really prompt professional emails. Wiktoria also sent me an email yesterday with the document I had requested, again very prompt & professional

I got a discount without a hassle ending paying less than previous year

I gave it a 3 because I was waiting nearly 25 minutes for the call to be answered. However, once answered, I got the info I wanted (even though there was another 3 minutes on hold). I think it was Hannah I dealt with and the email I needed arrived that afternoon. So 5* for Hannah.

Spoke to Daniel on the webchat today and he very helpfully guided me to renewing my house insurance policy. He was very quick to respond and answer my questions

My car insurance needed to be transferred from a hired car back to my own car last Monday August 10th. I rang Chill insurance to be left on hold and for eventually the call to ring out . As my insurance is due for renewal, I rang a second time, another number and my call was answered within minutes. My conclusion is that if you are buying a product from Chill , calls will be dealt with in an orderly fashion, if you require any other service, your experience will be frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. I will not be renewing with Chill insurance as this is not what I had signed up for in the first instance .

A young man Stephen Donegan took my call over the phone, he was such a helpful professional worker with impeccable manners and most helpful in every way in renewal of my insurance.
