One of the L shaped corner pieces was a completely different colour... Looked almost yellow by comparison! and it was split!! All other pieces were ok.

Hi Heather, Sorry that your delivery was late, I chased this multiple times for you and kept you updated via email, I assumed that tracking link I sent you had worked as you didn't mention it in your emails.
The couriers sometimes use a third party when delivering to the Scottish Highlands and send their apologies if the tracking was not always fully up to date.
5 star company & customer service
Ordered a cladding panel from Claddingworld recently, not only did it arrive extremely fast but i had a major issue (caused by myself), where i then had to order a new one and someone from the customer service team called Matt helped me massively, going out his way to assist me the best way he could and saving my project more than he knows. The price i paid was also way less than competitive sites who charged an arm and a leg for delivery, i could not recommend this company more.

Hi great service very quick with delivery but you need to look at a better delivery company
First delivery turned up with broken panels and so did the second one. Luckily I was still able to use the panels
They need to spend a bit more attention to their packing procedures

Excellent service from ordering to quality of products, only down side was the delivery wich is not your company's fault, order came 2 days later than expected and was dropped over an 8 foot fence on a Sunday evening, we had no prior warning of delivery, but cladding world top notch ,and will be using again 👍

6 of the 26 panels I ordered was…
6 of the 26 panels I ordered was damaged with 2 of them having big dints in the middle of them and the other 4 had both ends crushed! You need to wrap them with corner supports in them and have more support in the packaging.
