Purchased 2 lots of 5mm panels and trims I must say everything went very smoothly all panels arrived none damaged and on time all emails were answered would highly recommend don’t always believe what you read give them a go

Avoid Using!! I received the wrong order and can’t get a return and refund.
I ordered splashbacks, I received 1 splashback that was correct and the other 2 were completely different splashbacks!
No one answers the phone, emails go unanswered and over a month later nearly 2 months now they eventually arrange a courier to collect and refund only problem is courier doesn’t turn up and no one has answered my calls or emails since ! I have now raised a dispute with my bank so hopefully it can be resolved this way. It’s caused a whole lot of issues for me as I had arranged joiners to come and they had to go out and purchase the proper splashbacks which cost me their time!! Not to mention I’m out quite a few hundred pounds which is just not acceptable.
I could not recommend this company, my advice would be to steer clear, don’t use, avoid. Extremely unprofessional, no customer service at all. I’m so angry and frustrated and stressed with it all.

I ordered a few things from this company, received some but not all!
I have been unable to contact anyone as yet. The phone goes unanswered and the mail box is full!
VERY bad after sales service! Will Not be using this company again!

I purchased 25mm angle from this company and i thought it was 50mm my mistake after contacting them the lady was more than helpful telling me yes i can send it back for a full refund well i managed to use the 25mm angle and i would like to say how helpful the lady wS at this company thanks abbie

Absolutely terrible after sales custome care…
Ordered 6 wall panels from this place last week and 4 out of the 6 arrived severly damaged. Contacted via email and then spoke to a Girl named Libbie who supposedly arranged for replacements to be sent out which should have arrived today. Nothing has arrived today and I have contractors waiting for these panels to continue my home project. Phoned several times, emailed several different email addresses and still no response. I have now opened a dispute via PAYPAL so let's see if they respond to them but I doubt from what I've read from other reviews. I wished I'd read them prior to purchasing!! They at this moment in time been paid for products which cannot be used due to the damage being so severe, very very angry at the total disregard for customer service & satisfaction.

Update - apparently the way to contact them is through "SUPPORT AT CLADDTECH.FRESHDESK.COM"
They said all the other ways I'd contacted had gone to spam (various emails, 2 phone numbers, PayPal dispute and via eBay, amazon and Facebook, so quite an impressive spam filter they must have!) They eventually refunded me the missing parts of my order.
Absolutely terrible. Seems they are one of multiple dodgy companies. Claddtech, claddworld, Thinktaps etc.
Half my order missing and no response to email, phone or PayPal dispute. Absolutely rubbish.
