I dropped one star because it wasn’t what I thought it would be from the description.
I bought the white with gold effect marbled vein. Unfortunately I expected metallic gold which it wasn’t. It was brown and not gold.
The price and the service were excellent and the delivery was very quick and bang on the time given.

Good product and very quick delivery would recommend to anyone very impressed.

Very good choice of panels, mostly quick delivery. The only issue I had was when Matt wasn’t at work and no one else could take my order over the phone, but Matt is a friendly and helpful guy, the panels look great too.

Had a problem, Mat sorted it out straight away,will definitely use them again

DO NOT BUY THEY ADVERTISE GREY MARBLE AND GREY MARBLE CHROME NOTHING LIKE THE STOCK THEY SEND IT IS WHITE WITH GREY IN PICTURE ONLINE ARE BOTH GREY WITH MARBLE AND YOU HAVE TO GET THEM SENT BACK CRAP COMPANY CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT COMPANY TILL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY

AVOID them, PLEASE!
I did order 3 green bathroom wall panels, received a grayish blue with white bubbles on, and 1 was damaged. Did contact them, they asked for photo evidence what is clearly shows I received completely different panels from what is on their website. They answered back few days later, I received the correct item. Got refund for the damaged one only. They falsely advertise their bad quality, cheap products, then ignore you if you are complaining. I did reported them to Citizen Advice, and they reported them to Trading Standards. If you have bad experience, please report them too! But most important thing, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They are nasty people!

Awful experience! They nearly tipped over my whole project - so unreliable, uncooperative and and unresponsible!
I ordered two types of bathroom panels which were arrive on certain date - I needed to request working from home. The delivery did not arrive. After another day I tried to contact customer service - very difficult to get gold of, they definitely do not work their office hors. After wating a lot of my time, I managed to get through to a lady called M (who unfortunately "handled" my case to the very unsatisfactory "end").
She was to enquire and get back to me the following day latest. 4 days later I managed to get hold of her again, she said that there was no ink to print one of the type of panels. I cancelled them, got a refund and waited for nother kind to arrive. Now, instead of being treated as a priority, the courier company would ignore my order for the next week - no way to check when the delivery would appear, I got stranded working from homee again.
The delivery arrived at the last moment, after which the contractors would have to pack their bags for other assignments. However, out of 4 panels I ordered.... 2 arrived damaged!
I wrote to M, explained, provided photos and requested a refund. I was offered only 25% of a discount as according to "their experience I would be able to use the panels arounw windows or door frames, where the damaged parts did not matter.
I explained to M, that indeed, there are fragments of the room like that, but the other panels that their failed to deliver were to go and now we were getting them from another provider. I even sent the photos of panels installed and places where we needed the other, FULL pannels to go, together with measurements. I did not receive a reply before the weekend when the office does not operate and my project was to continue and end, according to the schedule.
I received a follow-up email from M. that I can receive my full refund if I can return the damaged panels.
Well, because I did not receive - as always - timely response to my enquirly, the panels went off with the bulk waste collection as I would have had been stranded with them, I had no use for them, and it did not even come to my head that the provider would like to waste money to collect unsellable, damaged items. Besides, after being stranded at home waiting for delivery each day from sunrise to late evening (!!!) I would not put myself through the same stupidly believing that CladdingWorld would be more efficient this time.
I wasted masses of time, energy, needed to desperately look for alternative solutions, and nearly had my project failing because of unreliability of the CladdingWorld. And in the end - I felt coned and robbed, for the company not living up to the standards of their own T&Cs or even common decency.
Avoid at all cost! I found two other companies I cannot fault for delivery and cusstomer service, putting CladdingWorld in even more shame, making them and exception rather than a rule. Shameful!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Please if anyone is thinking about ordering from this company and reading this review please avoid at all costs! Terrible delivery service, items arrived damaged, couldn’t get a reply from anyone online via email or get an answer on the phone number provided. Try it yourself, just goes straight to a full voicemail with no option to leave a message. Never got a refund, couldn’t use the claddding as the edges were damaged. Ended up paying double to replace them from a local merchant.

Please save yourself a whole load of trouble and avoid this company at all costs. Reported to trading standards!!!

Product arrived damaged twice because of poor packing , they blamed delivery company ended with refund. Do not use.

Bought my trims from here to go with panels I bought from another supplier.
Top quality, and couldn't fault the help I received from the lovely ladies in the showroom. I bought too many, but can use them elsewhere

I made an order and didn’t get an e mail confirmation. I’ve tried to contact them through chat e mail and phone but can’t get to speak to anyone. I haven’t received my order but the money has been taken out of the bank. Does anyone know how to contact them?

This is possibly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. No way to contact them
