Following a recent accident that was not my fault I immediately contacted Aviva who were extremely helpful in all aspects of the claim process.
Steven was both calming and knowledgeable whilst talking me through the whole process.
His demeanour provided me with the confidence that the claim was in safe hands and would be resolved to my entire satisfaction.
I cannot praise highly enough the claim staff at Aviva.
A five star rating from me
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the claim was resolved quickly and when I called for updates clear updates were given.

I previous had an accident at no fault of my own I was panicking about calling claimsline as I can get very confused and stressed when on the phone to people especially when im not sure how to go about things but I called claims line who were extremely patient and very helpful with me they explained every part of the process to me which Infact was a lot easier than I thought it would be im very happy I chose this company as they made me feel at ease they even put me straight in contact to access hire who were again fantastic and extremely helpful a guy named Matthew Rees handled my file and was spot on with every part of it keeping me updated at all times and once again made me feel at ease as I was constantly stressing about the situation and how to go about it but by the very next day i had a hire vehicle from access hire delivered to my front door I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a hire car in any situation thank you so much for all your help Matthew Rees 5 stars all the way

Last Saturday evening I was in an accident which was not my fault. I let my insurance know on Sunday dinner time and by mid morning the next day a car was delivered to my door.
All through the process I have been supported and my welfare considered as I had been injured. So far everything has been very satisfactory

I was involved in an accident on 24th June, which was not my fault. Claimsline were brilliant, very calm and reassuring in a stressful situation. They arranged for my car to be towed from the scene and I had a very nice hire car delivered the same day. My car was subsequently written off and I have been kept updated throughout the entire process. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and very helpful. Would recommend!
