Claimsline service

Stephen was fantastic on the phone. He helped me to relax and he took care of the car collection, courtesy car and made sure to ask if anyone needed medical help. It was reassuring to know that Claimsline was going to deal with everything for me.

Very friendly and helpful team. Quick and easy stress free process with the hire car and my own car was ready to pick up within a week. The phone lines are easily accessible not leaving you on hold for long periods.

I didn't really know where to turn…l

I didn't really know where to turn after my accident. The operator was very helpful from the start. Once I spoke with them on the phone, they were very obliging and guided me in the right direction.

stressfree claim

I was still really shook up when I made my claim, but everyone was very patient and understanding, they even said they would take the photos for me, as I'm not good with the modern technology. The claim has been streesfree from start to finish. Strongly recommend.

From day one they have been brilliant

From day one the team have been supportive and great sorting out everything from hire cars, to personal injury claims to dealing with the other parties insurance company.
