Amazing product and customer service
I have been purchasing the Clean W for about a year now for my 96 year old dad who loves a couple of whiskey and lemonades in the evening. It’s been amazing. He hasn’t noticed the difference to alcoholic brands and we can even have a drink with him now when we visit which he loves.
I recently had an issue with Evri where the order didn’t turn up and it was sorted out so quickly. I cannot praise this company enough, they are amazing.

Awful awful product
Awful awful product. I bought the clean W hoping this could be good for an a relative who likes whiskey a little too much! I hoped it would smell, look, feel, maybe even taste just a little bit like whiskey.any of those fields would suffice..I was wrong! It failed by a mile in all aspects
This is extremely similar to watered down whiskey flavouring. The type used in baking, the syrups you get for your coffee ..think that...but mixed with a litre of water and a sprinkling of black pepper to try to mask the 'syrupy' taste.
Needless to say, my relative was NOT amused! Great as a joke gift if you don't mind paying the asking price

Our flavours are subtle and fragrant and that's why we suggest using a double shot serving with mixers (they're not intended to be drunk neat). That said, we understand that taste is very personal and subjective, and while Clean W has a strong following of fans who enjoy it as a great alternative to a full-strength spirit, we appreciate it won’t be for everyone. Thanks for giving us a try.
Great company that’s right up my alley
I gave up alcohol as part of a lifestyle change about 5 years before clean co made it cool and trendy to be sober. I’m so glad they did it because I get far fewer strange looks these days. I love clean co and everything they stand for. The range tastes amazing and the price is decent too. Spencer Mathews is an inspiration

Huge apologies once again for the delivery issues you've experienced with EVRI. Unfortunately, the delivery side of things is out of our control, but we'll always do everything we can to put things right. We arranged two replacement orders, but both were returned to us after reaching your local hub. Rest assured, we're following up with EVRI to understand what went wrong, as the last thing we want is for any of our customers to have a disappointing experience. I feel that I finally found a non alcohol option where I don't feel I am missing out. I like that suggestions are given for mixers and mocktails.

You will not feel the need for the alcohol version 10/10
Have bought the cleanup gin for a while- the best way to make a clean gin and tonic ( better than the alcoholic version) and now love the tequila especially with the grapefruit fizz. 10/10

Hi Carolyn, huge apologies! We totally understand, and share your disappointment. Hopefully you've seen our email explaining the situation - unfortunately, EVRI are no longer accepting glass bottles. The last thing we want to do is cancel orders, but unfortunately, this was completely out of our control. We're working hard to try and find an alternative shipping method to Ireland. Order was not delivered as there seems to be a problem shipping to Irish costumers. However, I received very quick communication when I inquired about the delivery, a full refund and an email that I felt was transparent about the circumstances & respectful to me as the customer. I cannot fault their customer service. If they can sort out shipping I’ll more than likely try ordering again.

Only option for me
Took a while for order to get through customs but no issue from my perspective. Order very well packaged and tastes delicious - only non-alcoholic gin that I enjoy so will keep going back for more.
