Avoid, after phoning this company n the thursdsy morning explaining i needed a product for the Saturday, I was assured that if I placed the order before 12 it would be sent that day, again I asked her to confirm it would defo be sent and was told yes. Ordered the item ag 10am and they never shipped it that day. They shipped it the Friday meaning it didn't come until the Monday meaning I had no use for it. So ammeter multiple phone calls and emails asking for a return number that they haven't responded too, I've had to do a charge back through my bank. It's funny how they wouldn't respond to my emails, yet when I emailed them from another email account about a product, I was responded to within the hour. Yet ignore my emails asking for a return. Absolute cow boy outfit who make it impossible to return an item as they won't give you the details you need to return the item. Avoid.

Item wasn’t exactly securely packaged for transit resulting in the spike on the end being bent.
I have straightened the spike myself.

The service brilliant the lady sent me a email saying the postage would be a little more to Jersey Channel Islands so very honest and came back with £5 more but I got tracking and arrived 3 days later but this about spot on for Jersey Channel Islands the quality of the short water feed pole amazing and the packaging first class will be back to this company and finally you can speak to the seller well done 👍. I ordered 4 Bolton twill dust sheets as advertised which are the tight weave quality decorators sheets
When they arrived they were just cheap cotton sheets which won’t stop dust going through them and are only worth half the price we paid.

Order was worth over 2.5K. Was in stock when ordered. Was waiting for the order for over a month and half!

Phoned up multiple times only to get through to someone a handful of times, I asked for updates, and wasn't given any information. I then asked if there was someone else I could speak to and was told no. When I asked for things to be sent in an email for confirmation I was also told no.

The product did arrive eventually however I lost customers due to the wait. When this was raised with the customer service it was clear they couldn't care less.

I would advise anyone expecting things to go smoothly and quickly to avoid this company at all cost and use a different supplier.
