Ordered about 4 months ago still hasn’t come keep sending emails and all they send back is the same response clearly a scam and won’t ship don’t waste ur money

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered a tracksuit 4 months ago on the 23rd of December and I still haven’t received it and the tracking details haven’t updated since December and all it says is that the label was created. I’ve tried emailing the brand multiple times and all they have said to me is that they can’t issue a refund and will update me and I’ve never received and update and on other occasions they said they will forward my email to their relevant team and update me but again I’ve still not had any updates, refund or garauntee I’m going to receive my tracksuit or £85 back. Clearly made and shipping from china and just an u trustworthy awful company.

Es ist ein Scam. Ware kam nie an.
Der Marke ist angeblich aus UK aber die Ware wurde direkt in China verschickt und ist 5 Monate nur in China hin und her gereist bis es irgendwann in China als Zugestellt und Angenommen gekennzeichnet wurde und danach wurde das Paket wieder zurück geschickt.

Mehrere male per Email ausgetauscht und immer wieder dieselbe Ausrede, dass man sich noch bisschen gedulden solle, da es schon an den Manager oder sonnst wen weitergeleitet wurde.

Ich nehme rechtliche Schritte in Kauf weil der Shop schon viel zu lange existiert dafür, dass er so viele Menschen schon abgezogen hat.

I ordered a product from Colesice on 6 March - it never arrived and Yodel have confirmed to me that it can’t be delivered.
I have contacted the Colesice email address over 10 times and they will not issue a refund.

After weeks of waiting only the jumper of the £81 tracksuit I bought my son for his bday turned up. I’m still going back and forth with what I assume is a bot over this as it’s expensive, terrible customer service and I’m being told ‘my delivery has turned up and to go and look for it’ vs a response or solution to my actual issue. Terrible. Don’t buy from them, it’s a scam.

Never received order, company refusing to refund my money. Do not order from this company!!!!

This is single handedly the worst company I have ever been a customer of.

I ordered a white tracksuit, the product images looked great and the quality on the ads seemed perfect.

Unfortunately, the product I received (I ordered on feb 1st 2026, and recieved and requested to return the item on 19th Feb 2026) was your standard white label, low quality import straight from the far east. The £80 price tag did not reflect whatsoever in the quality.

As soon as I opened the packaging I sent an email to return the item. It’s been over two months and I am still without a return address. They bounce me from email to email, and assure me they are working on it.

This is not the case. They are delaying hoping I give up in my efforts to return the item. I do not want the low quality product, and they refuse to allow me to return it. I would like a refund on the item, and obviously they’re not willing to honour their obligations as a vendor.

They have failed to meet the most basic customer services standards. I am happy to forward the email chain sharing my experience with anyone curious.

COLESICE you must do better. I am writing this review on 14/04/2026, 2 months on from my initial return request on 19/02/2026. I haven’t even been given the address to return it too.

es ist nichts angekommen seit 5 monaten. Lieber nichg kaufen es gibt btw viel besser scuba trackies als colesice.

Worst shipping ever! Over a month now, can’t track anything just keep being told same thing , in the process, I will return it if I ever get it!

It has been two month and they didn't pay back the refund even they already get the product that we returned back. Always saying that they are looking into the refund soliciting but nothing happens and they didn't pay back!!

Answer to colesice reply: I already contacted you several times about the refund and you didn't solve it. Always saying that exactly the same words you wrote here. Is not cliente service doing copy paste...

Waited over a month emailed twice poor lack of service and communication definitely would advise the company to use better delivery services. Was meant to be a birthday present and it looks like it’s becoming a Christmas present! All jokes aside I definitely was naive in trying to help a small business out by purchasing with them. Should have checked the reviews on here before ordering. I know small businesses become big eventually with the right people, services and mistakes they’ve made and learnt from so let’s hope this is a lesson to do better and improve their company. Still haven’t received the item and asked for a refund and it’s not possible as it’s in transit and neither the delivery team nor company can let me know where it is. Haven’t reached out to let me know what has happended on happening. Shows the company only cares for the money prospect and not delivery high quality products or service to consumers.

I ordered tracksuits for my son on 12th February and the parcel has still not arrived. Seven weeks wait. This is not acceptable. I have contacted customer services on a number of occasions. They have been responsive but they not providing any tracking links and they denying my request for a refund.
I wish I read their reviews before I ordered anything from them. And I think COLESICE IS biggest SCAMMERS. Action need to be taken.

I’m now 42 days into waiting for my “ships next day “ tracksuit what a joke both replies I received from the company were lousy half answers if it doesn’t arrive soon I will consider legal action

Do not buy from this company my son ordered some joggers back in December and they still haven't arrived and they are refusing to give him a refund due to them saying its in transit for 3 months its a joke

Waiting for delivery since November 2025 and until now Colesice won’t send me my money back.

awful quality, I received tracksuite without logo, different colours, wrong size and without details. I can find the tracksuit for 20 euros at supermarket.
