Shockingly bad quality!

I ordered a tracksuit on 17th October '25 but didn't arrive until 18th November. Paid £75 for it and the quality is laughable...my son won't even wear it. Thin, poor quality - obviously made and shipped from China. Could have bought exactly the same tracksuit from my local market! Don't bother with this company....fancy, professional looking website but low quality stock and zero customer service!

I ordered a month ago and have still not received my order it’s clearly coming from China and delivery is not as stated on their website as 5 to 12 days, the company address is Slovenia, they take ages to reply to emails and gloss over your order. At the moment I have no idea where my order is or if I’ll even get it, such a scam company, please don’t bother and save your money!!

Terrible

Waiting over a month with no delivery, getting automated replies that don’t answer real questions, and then being ignored when you ask to cancel is extremely frustrating. I understand why that would completely break your trust.

During that period, our customer support response times and order handling fell well below what they should have been, and automated replies were used where human follow-up was needed. That failure in communication is on us.

The only thing worse than the quality of the clothes is the customer service!

I would better give not any star

I would better give not any star, this label called colesice is not good.
After 5 weeks the track suit arrived. It is clear, they only start sewing when the order arrives. It is made of the cheapest fabric Polyester / Spandex, I did not order such bad quality.
But I paid 85€ for it.
Customer service does not answer.
The shipping information is also worse and says nothing.
I can not recommend to order there.

Waiting five weeks and then receiving something that feels cheaply made, especially after paying €85, is not what anyone expects. Seeing polyester and spandex on the label when you were expecting a higher-quality fabric only adds to that disappointment.

To clarify one point: we don’t start sewing items only after an order is placed. However, during that period we were using an overseas supplier whose production and shipping times were far slower than promised, and the quality of certain batches simply wasn’t good enough. On top of that, our customer service responses and tracking updates failed you. That combination understandably destroyed trust.

Very bad product.

Very bad product.
I ordered a tracksuit on this website about a month ago and it arrived only today. The product quality is very cheap and the label says that the materials are 95% polyester and 5% spandex and they are not “premium” like the website tells you.
I do not recommend buying from this website

I've ordered a tracksuit from them on 11 september paid 90 euro for it and still haven't received my package and just did a image review never buy from them because the tracksuit from them is buy able on aliexpress for less then 15 euro so be carefull never buy from them

After a month

After a month of waiting for my package, i still haven’t recieved anything. Don’t buy from this fake website. On their online pages they claim that they have many good reviews, but that’s also fake. Don’t trust this so called company.
