I’m obsessed with my ColesIce tracksuit! It’s super soft, lightweight, and yet keeps you cozy all day. The fit is perfect — snug in all the right places but still allows for easy movement. The style is modern and sporty, and it looks amazing both at home and out running errands. Durable, comfortable, and stylish — can’t recommend it enough!

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Nothing this brand promises is true.

Shipping was advertised as 5–12 days, but my order arrived after more than 5 weeks. No updates, no explanation, no apology. Customer service is unbelievably slow – replies take around 2 weeks and are vague, copy-paste messages that don’t solve anything.

The product quality is extremely poor. Cheap material, bad stitching, and the tracksuit looks nothing like the pictures on the website. This is clearly misleading advertising. What you receive is not what they show online.

Returns are a complete nightmare. They demand that you send the item back to China at your own expense, which is very expensive. On top of that, there is no clear guarantee of a refund, making the whole process feel risky and unfair.

Bad shipping, bad customer service, bad quality, bad return policy.
Avoid this brand at all costs.

This tracksuit exceeded my expectations. It’s lightweight yet warm, and the stitching feels solid. The fit is great—snug in the right places without being tight. Feels premium without breaking the bank. Highly recommend.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Ordered over a month ago and still not arrived. Customer service won't answer any of my communication to them.Do not waste your money,this so called company is a scam

Ordered a tracksuit on the 8th November, was told it was dispatched. Checked up on their website this morning and it wants me to download something? I have emailed them twice with no response! I’m hoping I can reclaim my money from the bank! Total scam!

Appalling. I ordered a tracksuit for my son more than a month ago. We received nothing. The tracking link is broken. I have sent a couple of mails that remained unanswered, and tried to reach out through the chat service - to no avail.
Very disappointed.

Initially i thought this was a full on scam, nothing arrived, my tracking number no longer worked and they do not reply.

update one month later: the tracksuit did arrive but I didnt appreciate it can take 2-4 months shipping . The end product is nice, but you need to be able to wait. Customer Service is also hit and miss and don't expect tracking links to work. (Also I only recieved comms soon after my first review which was negative)

Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, no update, no answers on requests for updates about the deliveries. The chat function indicates that they are online, but no answers. So I guess my order will never arrive .... money wasted

I bought the tracksuit, and so far I’m really happy with my purchase. The tracksuit is excellent quality and extremely comfortable. The only downside is that I had to wait two weeks for the shipping, but overall it’s a really great tracksuit.

I like it a lot. good quality fast delivery time so everything perfect. Also the size of my hoodie is perfect.
