I have waited my order 3 months now. Customer service dosen’t refund my order. I don’t recommend this shop, save your money and buy somewhere else.

Under consumer act you can get your money back if your order hasn't arrived within a month.
Let them be late for a month,then dispute through PayPal.

Order never arrived. Scam.

I ordered some clothes 10 days prior to Christmas, it was a Christmas present and I accept that this was an optimistic timeframe. It is now 2nd February and the parcel has still not arrived. Seven weeks wait. This is not acceptable. I have contacted customer services on a number of occasions. They have been responsive but send tracking links that don't work and deny my request for a refund.

Zero stars! Nothing arrives on time - 2 months my son who saved up has waited for part of the tracksuit! First kart took over a month! Now over 2 months on - they ignore a 16 year olds request for an update and refund. Utter disgrace! Avoid and don’t let your kids order either. Review on all social media platforms to stop this theft!

Horrible. Ordered on the 21st. Been a month and still haven’t received my order. I requested for tracking, yet not response…

Awful quality, doesn’t even fit right and i got a size up from normal. Took over a month to get delivered. Totally not worth it especially for the price you pay.

Never buy from this company! I paid a lot of money for a hoodie for my son on 6th December, this was for Xmas, it has clearly been lost, the Evri tracking hasn’t updated since 7/12, when a label was printed. Tracking is saying ‘we’re expecting your parcel’, so they haven’t even got it. Evri state that after 30 days, a parcel is deemed as lost, and it has been 36 days. Colesice are refusing to admit it’s been lost, nor have they offered a refund or replacement. They are in breech of contract. I managed to get some money back through my bank, but that’s irrelevant, the company is useless, and they just send generic ChatGTP responses. Never order from these guys folks!

My son nagged me to order from this website.
I assumed it was legit.
I wish I had read the other reviews on here first.
Avoid, I ordered from Black Friday Deal for a Christmas present.
6 weeks later not arrived.
The website is completely misleading and obviously a front for a Chinese company.
Will be amazed if anything arrives and having read the other reviews, even if it does arrive sounds like quality will be rubbish.

Update from my last review from November, this company has still not processed a refund or communicated about my order DO NOT ORDER from this website UTTER SCAM

Order tracksuit Nov16, 2025. It is now Dec 27th. Product is in China. I would not have ordered from them if I knew it was coming from China. Seeing others reviews saying the quality is horrible makes me angry that this whole wait is for nothing but a crappy hoodie and joggers.

The tracksuit I ordered for my son took more than 3 months to be delivered, and at first contact with customer service was impossible and there was no possibility to track the parcel. I realised then than the clothes came from China and I thought we were never going to received them.
Then about two weeks ago a received a reply from customer services stating the courier would eventually deliver the package even though the tracking link didn’t work. Today the clothes arrived. My pre-teen is super happy so I am too. I will not order from that company again though!

Avoid!! Order placed 6 weeks ago and they don't answer any queries on where item is which was an expensive item! Ships from China, complete garbage of a company. Website is just a scam

The clothes don’t live up to the hype or the description. The wait time is about 1 month. It’s shipped from china, so it takes time for your order to come. The clothe feels really really cheap. It’s totally a scam.
Don’t recommend buying from them.
Want a full refund!

I got a response from COLESICE who admitted their service was not good
They asked me to email them, not to refund me or send me another tracksuit, which I don’t want!! But to ask where they went wrong and see if they can fix the issue they are having .
Point 1 - customer service training
Point 2 - if you are aware of what went wrong with my order then as a business you should know what to do to correct it
Point 3- looking at your reviews I can see that your business is run unprofessionally and the quality of your products against the cost is unethical why because cheaply made products should be sold at a cheap price not 75 pounds for a tracksuit that looks like it came from tumi china !!!!!
Lastly people will only be fooled once if your happy fooling people then carry on

Even though the shipping was longer than expected at the end I was very surprised by the quality of the clothes. They are made with good materials and my son loves it.
